Your Stripe subscriptions will continue to process even if your current site goes offline. However, once you launch your new site, it’s important to migrate those recurring donations properly—think of it as a data handoff between your old and new sites.
Any time donations or e-commerce are involved, things can get a bit more complex. That’s why we strongly recommend following our detailed guide on redesigning your site without losing donation data:
👉 Site Redesigns Without Donation Data LossYou’ll need to set up a local development environment (we personally recommend LocalWP), merge the data from your live site into your staging site following the steps in the guide, and then push the entire new site live once everything is confirmed and working.

I’m glad you reached out. I can certainly help you.
That error message means that during the donation process, an error occurred but that the information is not public. Whenever there is a payment error (declined card, etc) GiveWP displays an error on the front end to the donor, and logs an error in the logs at Donations > Tools > Logs > Payment Errors.
What errors are you seeing when you click on an individual error log entry there?
