    Dear GiveWP Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am currently using GiveWP for donations on my website, and I’ve been quite impressed with its functionality.

    I have a question regarding the product description that donors see on their PayPal receipts. I would like to customize this description to better reflect our organization’s needs. Could you please guide me on how to do this within GiveWP? Any assistance or instructions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    I’m glad you reached out.

    PayPal’s functionality is fixed, and it doesn’t provide an option for modifying the description. However, I’d love to hear more about what exactly you would like to change, and we can pass it to PayPal and to our development team so they can work together to discuss how this could be done in the future.
