In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] import hangs at 51.70%Hi misteritllc
You are unable to upload the file to the server – this is a server limitation and you should contact the hosting.
The workaround is to upload the file via FTP to the folder wp-content/ai1wm-backups then to restore the file using the “Restore” button in the Backups section of the plugin, but this is not possible without FTP access.
You could try using a file manager plugin.

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Backblaze – Cloud supported?Hi Chris
Backblaze extension is now heading for testing and we should see it soon. It will be a premium extension with the price in line with our other extensions.
Cheers
LesleyGreat to hear it. Some of the parts of WordPress websites (themes, plugins) just don’t seem to be ready for PHP7.2 yet.

LesleyHi adaweawe
Can you make sure that all of your themes and plugins support PHP7.2.4?
Perhaps you could try a backup and restore using the advanced options to exclude the plugins and themes and see if you still get errors.Cheers

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Disk space requirements?Hi Webwerk
The server needs 2.5 times the size of your website. So ideally for a 9bg site you would want just above 20GB
Are you using PHP7.2?

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] WordPress, php, mysql versionHi Alain101
The migration will not change your server settings, it only moves the WordPress content. Your WordPress version, PHP and SQL will remain unchanged
Please not that to migrate from PHP 5 to PHP 7 you will need to ensure that all of the elements that you migrate (themes, plugins) are compatible with PHP 7. If you encounter any issues, please refer to this article: https://help.servmask.com/knowledgebase/migrate-wordpress-from-php-5-to-php-7/

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] PHP versionsHi focowebdesign
It is unlikely that you will have any issues going back to 5.5 as most themes and plugins are backward compatible. We find more of an issue with themes and plugins that are not compatible with the latest PHP versions

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] changed log in urlHi
If this is a plugin that changes the login, please log in to your site using file manager or FTP and change the name of the plugin that changes the login.
If it is not a plugin then you will need to contact your hosting.
Could you let us know who you are hosted with?
Thanks

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Not migrating pages/posts/cptsHi Syzam
The plugin migrates everything – of this is not the experience that you are having then there is an issue.
If you would like us to investigate this particular case, please contact us by email at support at servmask.com

LesleyHi Frostinheart
The plugin will use the server resources to create the backup. Once the backup has been created, it is saved. If you use just the All-In-One WP migration plugin, it is saved to the server and you can download it. If you have one of the cloud extensions, it is saved to your cloud storage.
To restore to another site from the cloud storage, you need to install the plugin and your cloud extension. You can then import the backup directly from cloud storage without downloading the file to your PC.
It is a great solution for slow internet connections.
Please see all extensions available at https://servmask.com/products
We recommend that you don’t close your browser. If you do, the backup will continue and there should be no issues.
Regards
Lesley
