If your migration appears to be getting stuck on the “Restoring Database” function, please try this:
1) Please leave it to run for 15 minutes.
2) After 15 minutes, open another browser tab or window and try to log in to the wp-admin of your site, using the username and password of the exported site.
3) Go to settings -> Permalinks and save the permalink structure.Your website should now be successfully migrated. If not, please email us at support at servmask.com

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Download FailsIf you are not able to download from the dashboard, you can find the backup file on your web server using an FTP client (e.g. Filezilla) or cPanel. It is located in the wp-content/ai1wm-backups folder.

We have tested Advanced Reset WP with a couple of backups on our end and we haven’t had any issues.

Restoring a backup is importing a .wpress file that was create with the All-in-One WP migration plugin.
