Each situation can be different… as per my first reply, it is often caching plugins. It is related to additional lines of code in the .htaccess file. If you know what you are doing, you can delete the .htaccess file.
Please contact support by email if you would like more help on your individual case.

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Backblaze – Cloud supported?Hi Chris
Our Backblaze extension is in the final stages of production. I can’t give you an exact date at this stage, but we are talking days not weeks. Please let me know if you need a more specific answer and I can talk to the dev team.
Cheers

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Where’s the file?Hi Vicky
Sorry to hear that you are having issues. The file can be found in the backup section of the plugin. When you download the file, it will be found in the location where your computer downloads files to.
If you right click on the download button, you can specify where on your computer you would like the file downloaded to.
If you would prefer to get the file via FTP from your server, you will find it in the folder wp-content/ai1wm-backups
Regards

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Import error (nothing happen)We are sorry to hear that you are having issues.
The plugin needs to have access to be able to function on your site.
Can you check that you have set permissions on your wp-content directory to 775 recursively and that you have enough disk space on the server. If you have any further issues, please contact us at by email – support at servmask.com

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] I can not complete the backupHi Martoandre
The backup itself won’t be impacted by the network speed, but the download of that backup certainly can be.
If you have having issues with getting your backup off your server by using the download button, you can use an FTP client to download it from wp-content/ai1wm-backups
You can upload the file to the same folder on your new site with FTP and press restore from backup. Whilst this is an additional step, it is useful, especially for large sites or slow internet connections, to ensure that the backup is moved easily and doesn’t get corrupted.

In reply to: [All-in-One WP Migration and Backup] Some image URLs not updatingHi Praxia
Whilst we have already communicated with you via our support team and solved the issues, I thought that I would post here to update the rest of the WordPress community.
The Unyson plugin has a different way of naming images to the standard WordPress format. We have updated the plugin to handle this and the changes will be released in version 6.68 in coming days.
