Importing a website using drive or cloud platform

    Hi there, im about to buy the premium version of the plugin but i have a question before that.

    So due to my Upload speeds are terribly low, anything around 1gb will upload in hours, due to the fact, i do not wish to download the file into my pc but would like to install over drive or any cloud platform and then import on the other website from that platform.

    Is such thing possible? I do not see any ”import from the link or this platform” on the import options. I’m going to use that on my vps hosted with serverpilot.

    Hi Frostinheart

    The plugin will use the server resources to create the backup. Once the backup has been created, it is saved. If you use just the All-In-One WP migration plugin, it is saved to the server and you can download it. If you have one of the cloud extensions, it is saved to your cloud storage.

    To restore to another site from the cloud storage, you need to install the plugin and your cloud extension. You can then import the backup directly from cloud storage without downloading the file to your PC.

    It is a great solution for slow internet connections.
