Hi @code222
Thank you for reaching out.
While we investigate this issue, could you please confirm whether you are using the premium versions of the plugin?
In the meantime, I’ve forwarded this to our development team, and they have a few follow-up questions:
- What is your current version of Popup Builder?
- What version of Contact Form are you using?
Additionally, could you please explain how you’re currently integrating Contact Form with Popup Builder?
For more information on how Contact Form works with Popup Builder, you can refer to this guide:

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer integration with WhatsApp or Messenger. However, I can add this to our feature request list for future consideration.
If you’re interested in having this functionality implemented sooner, I’d be happy to consult with our development team to assess feasibility and provide a custom quote.
Please let me know if you’d like to explore this option further.

Could you please update your plugin to the latest version? If the issue persists after the update, please navigate to:
Tickets > Settings > Advanced,
then scroll down to the Attachment Overrides section.- Check the option “Do Not Mask Attachment Links”
- Set the Render Method to either Inline or Download, depending on your preference
- Save the settings
This should resolve the issue. If the problem continues, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Thank you for your suggestion!
At the moment, it is not possible to create FAQ or documentation-style tabs directly within product pages using Awesome Support.
