Regarding the video display issue, please navigate to the Advanced tab in the popup settings and adjust the Position option. Selecting “Center” should help position the video as desired.

The issue you described appears to be related to a conflict with another plugin, your theme, or specific website settings. I attempted to reproduce the problem on my end but was unable to do so. I also checked the page you referenced, and it appears that it has been removed.
To help isolate the issue, please try the following:
- Plugin Conflict Test: Disable all other plugins one by one, checking the functionality after each to see if the issue is resolved.
- Theme Conflict Test: If the issue persists after checking plugins, switch to the default Twenty Twenty-Five WordPress theme and test again.
If the issue still persists and you’re unable to resolve it, please share the following information with us:
- Your current WordPress version
- Your PHP version
- A list of all active plugins with their versions
- Your web server type and version (e.g., Apache, Nginx)
