In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] 403 (Forbidden)Hi @spidyarts ,
Thank you for reaching out. The error you’re seeing usually happens when the logged-in user role doesn’t have the right permissions to perform that Ajax action. Could you please confirm the following so we can investigate further:
- The role of the logged-in user (e.g., subscriber, customer, editor, etc.)
- If any role/permission manager plugin is installed (like User Role Editor)
- The plugin/theme version you are currently using
In the meantime, please try the following steps:
- Make sure you’re logged in with a user role that has the capability to edit replies.
- Clear cache (site + browser) and test again.
- If you have a security plugin or custom code restricting admin-ajax.php, try temporarily disabling it to check if it resolves the issue.
Once we have the above details, we can guide you on how to fix or adjust the permissions.
Best regards,
Hi @forcesail
Thank you, we appreciate your patience.
The team has worked on the issues you raised. However, since WordPress does not natively support “page categories” (this feature doesn’t exist), we’re unable to incorporate it as requested. If you have specific requirements related to “page categories,” this would require custom development. Please let us know if you’re interested.
