Hi @lynsuzy
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
We do have popup showing limitation options available. You can find the full details here:
https://help.popup-builder.com/en/article/how-to-set-popup-showing-limitation-free-r2h1xv/
Please note that these limitations may not work when the popup is triggered on click or on hover.
If you have any other questions, feel free to let us know.
Best Regards
Hi @thenewblack
Thank you for your message. This behavior is correct, the floating button follows the same display rules as the popup. If the popup is set to appear only on specific pages, the floating button will also appear only on those pages.
If you want the floating button to show everywhere, you’ll need to adjust the display rules accordingly and set it to display site-wide.
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.

Hi @jmaartenw,
Thank you for reaching out. We performed a major code cleanup and upgrade in version 6.3.5, which caused the automatic status change issue. This has now been fixed. Please update Awesome Support to version 6.3.6 and let us know if you have any questions.

Hi @dtaberlin ,
Thank you for reaching out. Users can only see the tickets they have created. However, for agents, you can use our Smart Agent Assignment add-on:
https://getawesomesupport.com/addons/smart-agent-assignment/This add-on allows you to control ticket visibility based on agents, their departments, and the tickets assigned to them.
Additionally, you can modify the Agent role using any user-role editor plugin if you need to further adjust permissions.I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Thank you for reaching out. We’re currently investigating this case, as we couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end.
To help us look into it further, could you please share more details about your environment? Since WooCommerce is a premium add-on, we’ll need you to open a support ticket using the link below to securely provide the necessary information:
If you’ve already opened a ticket, please share the ticket number for reference.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. The Popup Builder subscription form add-on itself does not impose any limitation on the number of lists that can be synchronized from Brevo. Since only the last 10 lists are appearing on your side, this behavior may be coming directly from Brevo’s API response
We recommend checking with Brevo support to confirm if there are any restrictions or settings on their end that might limit the number of lists being returned through the API.
Please keep us posted with what you find out, and if there’s anything we can assist with on the integration side, we’ll be glad to help.
Best regards,
Thank you for reaching out. At the moment, the Popup Builder form does not support Brevo’s native double opt-in process directly.
For Subscription-related questions, you can find more details here: https://help.popup-builder.com/en/article/how-to-use-the-subscription-plus-extension-1pirtkn/
Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questionsm,
