    Hello attachments added by users when creating requests are not opening. There is an opinion that perhaps users do not have enough rights to load these attachments correctly If the request is created on behalf of the superadmin of the chat, the attachments are loaded and displayed normally All other users who submit requests through the front, it looks to the user as if the attachment was successfully added, but for the support agent, a link to the attachment is displayed that does not open or is empty

    Hello @landmanua,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Could you please update your plugin to the latest version? If the issue persists after the update, please navigate to:

    Tickets > Settings > Advanced,
    then scroll down to the Attachment Overrides section.

    • Check the option “Do Not Mask Attachment Links”
    • Set the Render Method to either Inline or Download, depending on your preference
    • Save the settings

    This should resolve the issue. If the problem continues, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
