I’m sorry to hear that you have a problem with the page cache and the popup visibility.
This problem may occur because the page cache stores a static version of your web page that does not reflect the changes you make to your popup settings. Therefore, you need to clear the cache every time you activate or deactivate a popup, which can be inconvenient and time-consuming.
I am sorry but i don’t have any direct solution for it, however, I have found this artilce and it might help you to fix the issue.
Another solution is to exclude the popup pages from the page cache in W3 Total Cache settings. This way, the page cache will not affect the popup pages and they will always load the latest version. To exclude the popup pages, you need to go to Performance > Page Cache and scroll down to the Never cache the following pages section. There, you need to enter the URLs of the popup pages, one per line.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a weird issue with our plugin and Polylang Pro on your multisite website. It seems like there is a conflict between the two plugins that causes the rewrite rules to change and affect the page templates.
While i check this with the team one solution could be to disable the “Hide URL language information for default language” option in Polylang settings. This option may cause some problems with the rewrite rules and the detection of the default language.

I am sorry about the confusion in my previous reply. Yes, it is possible to limit the agents to the only tickets assigned to them. You can change this by going to Dashboard>Tickets>Settings>Advanced and in the third row, you will see the Agent See All option, disable it and the agents will only be able to see the tickets assigned to them.
