Thank you for checking Awesome Support. We have two plugins that limit the support users to see only tickets assigned to them.

This will limit the agents to login to backend and only be able to see tickets assigned to them.

Hi Again,
I am sorry about the confusion in my previous reply. Yes, it is possible to limit the agents to the only tickets assigned to them. You can change this by going to Dashboard>Tickets>Settings>Advanced and in the third row, you will see the Agent See All option, disable it and the agents will only be able to see the tickets assigned to them.
