We are sorry about this issue and the inconvenience caused. The team has been working to fix this issue and has addressed it in our latest version. Please remove the code completely and if possible please delete and popup and create a new one.
Please also make sure you do not have any unknown admin access to your site.

We are sorry to hear that you are having this issue. This is a known issue. However, our team couldn’t reproduce it and is investigating the cause of the issue. Rest assured we are trying our best to fix this as soon as possible.
Please also, check your custom JS/CSS menu under the popup and if you have any unknown code, please remove it. Also, please make sure you don’t have any unknown admin account on your site and using the latest version of popup builder.

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue, it appears that the widget of other plugins overwriting the Popup builder widget. Could you please deactivate thos plugins/widgets and check. Also, you can move popup builder widget to the bottom or to top by clicking on upward arrow to check if that fixes the issue.
