Thank you for reaching out. Please log in to your InfiniteWP admin panel and hover over the site for which you want to create a backup. Click the Backup now button.
Here you could choose whether you want to backup your entire site or only database tables or only files.If you want to restore a backup, hover over the site and click View Backups.
Here you will find the option to restore the backup on your sites.Feel free to write us back if you need any additional information further.

As a product company ourselves, no one ever wanted something like that to happen. The code was introduced in an update trying to bring premium plugin updates. All open-source software goes through a series of vulnerabilities and the best the companies can do is immediately fix it and let all the users know about it.
InfiniteWP handled this situation the same way and I do acknowledge the frustration that this would have caused. Being open-source software, this is inevitable even for WordPress. Wishing you the best for your future.

We do apologize for your site getting compromised. We could have helped if you did reach out to us in support channel and normally when malware is installed there are backdoors so the malware keeps recreating itself. We just had one security issue and we fixed it immediately. So the re-occurrence is due to the malware codes still existing even after the removal. Sorry to see you leave for this. Sorry for the trouble caused and it has come here to discuss this. We did try to change your plan before your subscription and the system charged you by mistake and when the error happened. We asked you in the email what should be done do you feel an extension of the license is fine or you wanted a refund.
But instead of replying to the email, you created a chargeback saying that was a fraudulent charge. It was a subscription charge and once a dispute was raised we wouldn’t be able to process a refund since we need to answer the question there and I mailed you more than 4 times to remove the dispute so that we could have processed the refund. Even in the last few emails, you were saying you were raising a chargeback. I am sorry we did try to reach out to you to make this better and you have ignored all of them even now our emails are unanswered. I can understand your frustration but only reaching us on the right channel we can actually help. Chargeback or a review ain’t one.

We just store your email address when you create an account with infinitewp.com, and If you have purchased any of the addons/plans – the details are stored in Stripe and PayPal, respectively.Yes, our InfiniteWP Client Plugin is GDPR compliant.

There was a vulnerability and it was fixed in v1.9.4.5 and we don’t have any malware in the plugin or the panel. We did send two emails in different timings encouraging people to update the plugin.
