That is misleading and wrong information. If you go inside the link you can see the version < 1.9.4.5

1.9.4.5 is secure and its the latest version.

    Hi,

Sorry to hear that your site is crashed. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Have you updated the IWP Client plugin to the latest version 1.9.0? Did you encounter this issue immediately after updating the plugin?
I suspect that some of the client plugin files could be missing on your server which failed to copy over during the upgrade process.

Kindly download the latest client plugin files from the following link and upload it to your WordPress site plugin folder.

Feel free to write to us to help at infinitewp dot com if you still experience the same problem further and one of our technical support guys will assist you to sort out the issues on your site.

    Cheers!

    Hi,

Right now, there isn’t an option to show the creation date for the subsites on your multisite setup. I have noted your inquiry as a feature request in our Trello Board.
Based on the popularity of such requests, we’ll consider implementing in the future.
Hope that’s alright with you. Let me know if you have any other questions further.

    Cheers!

async_update_translation –> why we added this hook? Because, whenever we tried to update the core, plugins, and themes, translation updates automatically trigger. To prevent it, we added this line. It is available since WordPress 4.0.

    Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. The warning seems to be a false positive.
We are using the mail() function on the file you specified.
So I suspect that imunify360 is detecting the mail() function as a malware.
Please do not worry about this matter and kindly ignore the warning.

Note: You could have written an email to help at infinitewp dot com as the effect is with InfintieWP admin panel, not Client plugin.

    Hi Minh,

WordPress database error Server shutdown in progress

The above error might occur because of a MySQL restart. The error that was logged was most likely because IWP admin panel tried querying your WordPress site to check for the maintenance mode at that time your MySQL server is restarted.

Which version of MySQL are you using?
There is an old MySQL bug that used to do this but it was fixed in versions 5.6.15 and above which is also what we recommend to have or above.

Likewise, with PHP we do recommend to have at least 5.6 and higher even though our minimal is set to 5.3.3 version.

    Hi,

Thanks for sending the error message from your browser console. It looks like one of the IWP root files (/IWP root folder/js/jquery.base64.min.js) is not served by your IWP installed server while loading the panel in your browser.

Could you please remove or rename any .htaccess file on your IWP/WP root folder and try adding the site again. If you still experience the same problem, I kindly request you to write an email to help@infinitewp.com.
