In reply to: [InfiniteWP Client] add site button dont workHi,
Have you added any security plugin on your WordPress site where you have installed your IWP admin panel?
I suspect that one of the rules on your .htaccess file is blocking few IWP JS files from loading on your browser.
Could you please check your browser console for any error messages and send us the screenshot of the error to help at infinitewp dot com so that one of our support guys will assist you further on this matter.
Let us know if you got any other questions or concerns.

In reply to: [InfiniteWP Client] Malware? iwp/includes/bridge/bridge.php and restore.phpHi Kim,
Thanks for sharing those details. Our debugging team has investigated this problem and found that setting the value to ‘0’ for the function set_time_limit() had caused these warnings.
Could you please change the value to @set_time_limit(900); and try scanning the files again.Let me know if you still experience the same problem further.
Cheers!

In reply to: [InfiniteWP Client] panel reporting 1.8.2 available but I can’t updateHi,
I appreciate you for taking the time to write to us with the screenshot. I would be glad to assist you further in getting this resolved.
We have more than 500,000 sites using our software, and a small mistake can break connections between servers.
That’s why we keep the current stable version which is secure and try the other release in waves (releasing to a bunch of users) to make sure it’s not breaking anything.
Once we made sure that our released version is bug-free, we will push the IWP client update to the plugin repository. Now, please follow the instructions below and update the IWP Client Plugin to the latest version on all your sites.
Go to Plugins install page
Select All Websites you have
Check the two options are marked on the image
Use this URL https://s3.amazonaws.com/iwp-client/iwp-client_v1.8.3.zip
Click install buttonNote: You can follow the same procedure in future by only changing the version number.

In reply to: [InfiniteWP Client] General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)Hey Nico,
Ensuring security of personal data is one of the essential requirements of GDPR. Saying that I would like to remind that InfiniteWP is a self-hosted application.
And we do not store any of your data on our server. Everything is stored on to your respective servers. Hope this clears the air. Feel free to ask if you got any questions further.Cheers!

In reply to: [InfiniteWP Client] Virus found in plugin folderHey Daniel,
Something just isn’t right with your WordPress site. When a WP site gets hacked, they put these files in a random folder. We do not have these files in our IWP Client Plugin by default. Could you please FTP in or log into your cPanel account of your WordPress site installed server and delete the wp-content/plugins/iwp-client folder.
Now, use this link and download the current version of IWP Client Plugin and upload it to your plugins folder.
Also, do check your other folders for these find of files and remove them from your server.
Feel free to write to us at help@infinitewp.com if you need any further assistance.

In reply to: [InfiniteWP Client] Bugs won’t get fixed, even if the solution is deliveredSorry about the issue there. Yes, it was a mistake we were not aware of and we have fixed the bug long back. I think in 2 weeks since it was brought to our notice.
We haven’t released the update in the repo yet since we have launched an internal update to test the latest changes to our premium updates. But we have released around 15 internal releases fixing issues immediately. I welcome you to give it a look and let us know if you still feel the same way.

In reply to: [InfiniteWP Client] Security is a nightmareHi,
I think you have also opened a twitter conversation regarding this. https://twitter.com/lonesomewalker/status/944138904701165568
It’s really unfair to think that our plugin has caused your site to be hacked without giving us an opportunity to look into it. There are plenty of ways where your WP site can get hacked. Just considering the co-incidence of installing our plugin isn’t right.
That being said I would be glad to look into your logs and give you an understanding of what really happened.
Thanks
