Hi,
Have you added any schedule tasks like backups, client reporting, WP maintenance or daily email notifications for updates? Only these tasks take more time to run/complete.
You can easily fix the problem by whitelisting the cron.php. Since you don’t want to do it, change Max requests value to 1 which will delay any tasks you perform on the panel. Also, we recently changed our hook from setup_theme to wp_loaded which will wait for WordPress to load. Reload data call will wait for the WordPress to load in order to fetch the premium plugin/theme updates to your admin panel. I suspect that this could also take time to perform reload data.
The cron.php will trigger all schedule tasks and the closing time may vary depending on your server response. If you still got any other questions or concerns, feel free to write us back at help@infinitewp.com

In reply to: [InfiniteWP Client] Endless Update-MessagesHi Bydlo,
I appreciate you taking the time to write to us on this issue.
The updates failing on the client plugin update action is mainly caused by some mod_sec rules applied on your IWP Panel. Kindly contact the hosting provider of your IWP panel installed server and have them disable the mod_sec rules on IWP root folder.
If you do have access to disable the same, kindly make the necessary changes.
Let us know if you have any questions further.Note: To make sure that mod_sec rules cause this issue, can you please check the network tab on your browser by pressing F12. Do the client plugin update action, and then you should be able to see the Post error showing on the lower tab. If you do not see any error, then do write to us at help@infinitewp.com and one of our tech support guys will assist you further in this matter.

In reply to: [InfiniteWP Client] IWP client and PHP 7 compatibilityHey Julie,
I’m glad that you were able to find out what was the bad plugin, I just wanted to be clear that InfiniteWP supports both PHP7 and PHP5 so you shouldn’t experience any issues with regards to PHP while using InfiniteWP.
Thanks for suggesting PHP compatibility checker to add InfiniteWP to the white-listed plugins list 🙂

In reply to: [InfiniteWP Client] IWP client and PHP 7 compatibilityHey @juliemoynat,
InfiniteWP supports PHP7 as well as lower versions of PHP. We do have a lot of functions for backward compatibility. PHP 5 functions are executed when your server uses PHP 5 and uses PHP 7 functions when your server is PHP 7.
And this is not the right way to test the compatibility. You should test it on the runtime, not by function definitions.

In reply to: [Cloudflare] Invalid CSRF Token on 3.0.1Hey @jwineman,
The code that you guy sent us did not work! I am yet to hear from you about what happened to the test environment that you set up?
We haven’t made any change to our code so I’m not sure how it is working with IWP Admin Panel v2.11.1.1 for @furkan811 🙁
Can you please get to the bottom of this and help us out here cos there’s a lot of clients facing this issue on our side and we want to get this sorted at the earliest?Regards,

In reply to: [InfiniteWP Client] Support not answeringHey There,
Disappointed to see such a review on the forums. Could you please let me know your ticket id so that we can get it addressed rightaway?
We are available throughout the week from Monday to Friday with weekends being off. However, we do reply to urgent and time sensitive tickets on weekends too so not sure why you felt that we haven’t been responding since we changed our pricing model.Regards,
