  • I took advantage of an offer that they emailed me in December. $200 for 50 sites instead of $347. They charged my credit card $200 then without authorization they charged me an ADDITIONAL $347 but never sent the statement showing the second illegal charge. Did they correct their fraudulent charge? No, they lied to the credit card company. It’s now April and I’m still disputing this with the credit card company as a result. They offered to add additional months onto the subscription at the HIGHER monthly rate. Basically they do not want to honor the $200 offer for one year but instead keep all of my money and add 7 months on ($200/$28.91 = 6.9 months)

    The previous year when I wanted to increase from 10 sites to 20 in the middle of the year they wanted me to abandon 6 months I had left on the original subscription and buy a new 12 month subscription. A reputable company would have allowed me to pay the difference.

    Run don’t walk away from this company. There are other reputable vendors out there who are actually decent business people with morals.

    Sorry for the trouble caused and it has come here to discuss this. We did try to change your plan before your subscription and the system charged you by mistake and when the error happened. We asked you in the email what should be done do you feel an extension of the license is fine or you wanted a refund.

    But instead of replying to the email, you created a chargeback saying that was a fraudulent charge. It was a subscription charge and once a dispute was raised we wouldn’t be able to process a refund since we need to answer the question there and I mailed you more than 4 times to remove the dispute so that we could have processed the refund. Even in the last few emails, you were saying you were raising a chargeback. I am sorry we did try to reach out to you to make this better and you have ignored all of them even now our emails are unanswered. I can understand your frustration but only reaching us on the right channel we can actually help. Chargeback or a review ain’t one.

    Actually you’re full of crap. This was an UNAUTHORIZED charge. You refund the money that you stole. You ILLEGALLY charged my card. I did what I was supposed to do, I went to my credit card company. You only emailed me AFTER you had been caught and my credit card company filed a chargeback and you never offered a refund, you kept the ENTIRE $547. More lies on your part. There isn’t even a product on your own website listed for $547! Then you used the higher monthly rate as outlined above to try to extend the subscription. NEVER an offer of refunding the $347 you STOLE. Still no refund issued.
