Is GA 4 Setup is necessary to track refunds or just for more accuracy? We currently only use the enhanced eCommerce but none of our refunds are being tracked on GA.

Thank you for the response, we’ve never had this issue before until this last update, but the thing is, it does not make any sense to add taxes to a Po, companies don’t pay taxes when they import merchandise or in bulk order.

That is exactly what we’ve done to set up the tracking for Microsoft ads, it was working fine, but then Idk if it was an update or something, no conversion is being tracked.
UET tag shows that no tag is on the website, and also G analytic show conversions are coming from Microsoft but on the Microsoft platform there’s no conversion. (no recent conversions)

One last thing, I see that the plugin is putting a request for cart items on all the pages that take more than half a second to load,

I don’t have the option that tracks the customer’s cart on MC.

As of today, there’s a big difference between analytic and woo-commerce, after looking at some transaction IDs like you mentioned, I see that Google Analytics is reporting old transactions from April 12 and other old dates for today’s date. like they happened today.
