Why ask for the same infortmation

    Hello there,

    I was just wondering why is the Paypal debit/credit card button is asking for the same information that the customer already submitted on the checkout, this information includes.

    name
    last name
    phone
    Zip

    please advise on how to remove these fields since the customer has already submitted them.

    Hey there!

    It’s not possible to remove these fields, as they perform differently than the normal WooCommerce fields.

    PayPal Checkout is designed to bypass the normal WooCommerce checkout page, which is why it has it’s own set of fields it needs to process cards. These fields are hosted by PayPal and not able to be modified.

    We normally recommend not using PayPal Checkout on the WooCommerce Checkout page, for this specific reason. It’s designed for product pages and the cart page.
