Snap Chat & Tiktok
-
Hello there,
When do you think you will have Snapchat and Tiktok pixels implemented?
Thanks.

Hi @gentlemako
Snapchat will be ready soon.
For TikTok I need an example pixel code as I am not able to open a TikTok advertising account from where I am located. Could you send me the TikTok base pixel to support@woopt.com?
Regards
AleksandarI published the new version today which contains Snapchat (in the pro version).
Let me know if you still need TikTok.
Alright, Thank you.
I will send you the TikTok pixel once we start the implementation.
Regards,

When you create the TikTok pixel, do it in developer mode. That’s the only way to track dynamic values: https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article?aid=10021
It can’t be changed after creation, so be careful when creating it.

I’ve released the TikTok pixel with the pro version of the plugin.
Take a look and let me know if all works well for you.

AleksHi there,
I will let you know once we test it.
I have one question out of this subject, when enabling the Google enhanced conversion, Google asks whether to use
Use event snippet or Use enhanced conversions API, which one is the plugin working with? Thanks.
Here is what you need to do: https://take.ms/fI4f1
Thank you, one last question, if we want to track refunds as well on Google Annalytic should we enable GA 4 API secret?
Yes.
When you enable the GA4 API secret it will use the GA Measurement Protocol, wich is much more accurate. And it does track refunds too.

Is GA 4 Setup is necessary to track refunds or just for more accuracy? We currently only use the enhanced eCommerce but none of our refunds are being tracked on GA.
If you want to track refunds in GA4 you must enable the GA4 API secret.
Once the API is enabled, purchase events are also being tracked with higher accuracy.
Got it, Thank you.
