In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Checkouts buttons not showingIt seems that the hide IP option cause the issue with safari, the problem is I didn’t update this option on safari setting on my iphone to begin with, which mean a lot of Iphone users which makes most of our customers might have this option activated by default which is a big problem, so please let us know if there is any fix for this.

This Issue seems to also include Chrome as well. It works for a while and then stops working afterward for a little bit and then starts working again.

The new version seems to fix the issues but a few hours ago I was trying the Checkout Paypal option on safari Iphone and the buttons keeps loading again, it was fixed for a while but I think it started again, it works fine on chrome tho. Can you please confirm if you have other users with the same issue.

It seems like the issue only happen for a period of time and then start working again, and then begin having issue reloading, something is wrong when trying to call Paypal to get the checkout buttons on the cart and checkout page.

Thank you for the response, We’ve already tried deactivating all plugins on the staging site, but the issue still persists, we’ve also contacted the host about it, still waiting to see where is the error coming from exactly.
All we know so far is this is a cURL 28 timeout error.
Please keep me updated when figuring out the resolution from other cases.

We noticed this issue is hitting Paypal, as well as our SMPT mail sender and WordPress APi as well. When this issue happens we can’t use Paypal or send any emails in addition to seeing any WordPress plugin updates or library. it seems like all APIs somehow get disconnected and then connect every few times.

We also have the same problem, we upgraded the memory to 2Gb already, we deactivated all plugin,s and only left Woocomerce nothing happened the error still persist.
Please advise.
