Thanks for the update. BeyondWords.io is the site I was referencing – your Signup form still doesn’t work (I just checked) and I see no option for chat. The email link on that site still leads to help@speechkit.io which returns a hard bounce.

How can I sign up when your form doesn’t work? Should I sign up? Is this plugin actually being supported and developed?

Thanks @cedialogs. I switched to a different player (Bingewith) instead of AWS, and that is what you tested.

Thanks, Alexander. I did have an empty variations group. But after deleting it, saving, purging the site cache and refreshing the sales page – the popup still hangs. 🙁

Any other suggestions?

Thank you for the prompt assistance @rodicaelena. I did figure it out and it now seems to be working. However, you might want to let your team know that this is not very intuitive. Your instructions page needs a video showing how to drag & drop as the written instructions don’t make it clear what is needed. And the first couple of times I tried to drag & drop it didn’t work because I didn’t drop in exactly the right place.
