    Tried to create an account so I could test this plugin but the signup form on your site doesn’t work (tried both Chrome and Firefox – no dice). No support options on the site so tried sending you an email to the address shown in your footer (help@speechkit.io). Which promptly bounced and said the email could not be found.

    Are you still in business? Is this plugin defunct?

    Thanks for the update. BeyondWords.io is the site I was referencing – your Signup form still doesn’t work (I just checked) and I see no option for chat. The email link on that site still leads to help@speechkit.io which returns a hard bounce.

    How can I sign up when your form doesn’t work? Should I sign up? Is this plugin actually being supported and developed?

    I can confirm the plugin is supported and in use by many. While, the email link is incorrect which we will endeavour to fix, the sign up form and chat on the site is fully operational. I would suggest clearing the cache, any browsing data and attempting to login via incognito mode on Chrome. Please Let me know if you are able to sign in after that.

    Per your instructions, I cleared my browser cache and attempted to signup using an incognito Chrome window – same result. I can fill out the form, but clicking the button gets no response.

    As mentioned in my first post, I also tried this in Firefox. Didn’t work there either.

    After looking into this a little bit more, I can confirm that there is an issue when trying to sign up with an email connected to an already existing account. I would suggest trying to log in and reset your password if necessary as it sounds like you have an account with us already.

    Thanks. That did work. I don’t remember ever signing up previously, but obviously I did at some point.
