In reply to: [Plugin: AmR iCal Events List] No Events Found Within Start & End DatesUpdate – it still does this even when events are added to the calendar. Something is definitely not working.
Just installed v. 1.0.3. This seems to have fixed the problems I was having before caused by the conflict with Headspace, but now my Podcast RSS feed is broken.
Any ideas how I can track down that problem and fix it?
Sorry to be such a pain!
Excellent! Thanks for that. I’ll look forward to that update soon.
While this may appear to be a commercial project to you – in fact, I am doing this work for free. So nobody is currently making any money off this project. I am helping out a friend.
I do make donations on a regular basis to plugin authors, but I have to choose the ones that work well and fairly easily out of the box. There is a limit to how much I can donate to the thousands of plugin authors out there, so I can only give to the “cream of the crop,” so to speak. It doesn’t mean yours isn’t a good plugin – it is. But when the funds are limited (and they always are), I have to go with the ones that work, work consistently, and without major coding tweaks. As previously stated, I’m not a programmer. There’s only so far I can go with my chimping.
My post was not intended to offend or make accusations about not offering support, but rather to let you know the problems I am having so that you could consider them for whatever future work you may put into this plugin. And also to let others know about possible problems they may encounter with the knowledge that support is not currently available.
I certainly do recognize the effort and time it takes to provide support, which is why you’ll notice that my post is very calm, polite, basically just informative and I didn’t ask you to do anything at all.
Just letting everyone know what’s up.

In reply to: [Plugin: Link Library] When changing data with Ajax, it jumps to top of pageYep! That fixed it perfectly.
Thanks again for your quick and helpful responses.
Donation coming your way shortly!
Wow! Great response. Thanks for your help!
Hi, great!
Headspace v. 3.6.32
Blubrry Powerpress v. 0.9.10
The thing I noticed first is that the statistics on the dashboard will say they have an error connecting. Or, if the stats are already displayed when Headspace is activated and I click on the “more” link on the dashboard stats, it gives this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_meta_box() in /home/chivalry/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/headspace2/headspace.php on line 483
Same error if I try to configure Blubrry Services via the Basic Settings screen.
I can’t tell if the podcast itself will play from here (my work computer messes up the podcasts anyway) or if it’s just affecting the stats part. I’ll check that when I get home tonight and report back.

In reply to: [Plugin: Hackadelic Series] No “this is part of a series” link on post pageNever mind! I didn’t realize there was a second plugin (front-end series) that had to be enabled. Working fine now.
I’m having this same problem. Anyone?
Never mind – figured it out.
You have to have the first option on the list enabled – “Display original menu icons in top level” for the “shrink” option to appear.
In case anyone else has this problem.
Hello? Bueller?

In reply to: Adding links to image captionsUpdate – it’s definitely the Caption shortcode, not the jquery that’s breaking the styling.
Is there a way to use float and Caption together?

In reply to: Adding links to image captionsHainesy82’s code works perfectly but for some reason it breaks the float: left styling. I’ve tried using the image uploader alignleft function, I’ve tried inserting css into the img tag – nothing works. It just won’t float.
Is there something about the caption or the jquery code that breaks the float function and if so, is there a way to fix it?
