Hey @damax83
Could you share the error/behavior you are obtaining when activating Jetpack Boost, please?
I checked your website from our end and everything is connected and working.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
I see that your site is behind Cloudflare (a CDN and DDoS protection service), which may be contributing to this issue.
Could you please try pausing Cloudflare as described [here](https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/203118044#h_8654c523-e31e-4f40-a3c7-0674336a2753), please?
The steps [here](https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/configure-jetpack-cloudflare/) will help to ensure that your site is optimized to work well with Cloudflare.
I checked your site’s plugins and it’s possible that there might be a conflict.
After pausing Cloudflare, test the Jetpack Boost again.
If the issue persists, try to disable all of your plugins except Jetpack and Jetpack Boost. Then try testing again to see if the error persists. If it goes away, we’ll know that another plugin is interfering here. You can find out which plugin is the culprit by enabling each plugin one by one and repeating the test after each one.
I recommend you deactivate HummingBird and any modification plugin.
If it’s still not working after disabling the plugins, it may be the theme.
Would you please switch to one of the default themes to see if that fixes it? If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Instagram connectivityHello @alucardhs
We are currently experiencing an issue affecting connections to Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
The issue prevents posts from being shared via our Publicize service, as well as the Instagram widget and Instagram Gallery Block.
The issue is under review as we speak, and we are waiting for a resolution by Meta before services can be restored.
This issue is affecting WordPress.com, as well as Jetpack-connected sites and the Jetpack Social plugin.
Please do not take any action with your Facebook or Instagram connections yet.
We will reach out to you over email with further updates and next steps.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack wont reconnectHey @gp15
The cURL error 28 is related to xmlrpc.php or this site itself is either taking way too long to load and Jetpack is giving up, or we are getting blocked by your host and/or a security plugin. Jetpack, the WordPress mobile apps, and some other plugins and services use xmlrpc.php file to communicate with your site, but some hosts block connection requests to that file.
To fix this issue, please do the following:
1. Allowlist Jetpack’s IP range
If your host, or a security plugin you’ve installed, only offers XML-RPC access by allowlisting IP addresses, then they will need to allowlist the IP addresses listed here:
* https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/
Please note that these IP addresses could change (or more could be added) at any time. For that reason, we recommend your host uses the machine-readable versions of these IP ranges in JSON or plain text format to automate configuration changes on their systems.
2. Contact your hosting provider/developer about making your site more efficient
There are many factors causing Connection timeout errors that can only be controlled and fixed by your hosting company. For instance, if their DNS servers are unable to resolve requests in a timely manner, then this will cause cURL requests to timeout.
Another scenario could be slower connectivity or networking issues with your hosting server.
I recommend contacting your hosting provider’s support to discuss potential hosting environment issues leading to timeout errors and the slow speed of your site.
After fixing it, try to reconnect your site to the Jetpack.
You can follow these instructions to do that:
1. Go to the **Jetpack** menu in your WP-Admin dashboard
2. Scroll down to find the _Connections_ area.
3. Click _Manage site connection_.
4. Click **Disconnect** and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
5. Click the **Set Up Jetpack** button to connect your site to WordPress.com again. This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack cache problemHey @alome67
I checked your site and the images are working on my end.
As a first step, wait a few moments and then load your site in a completely different web browser than you normally use to make sure it’s not just your browser cache interfering with the URL change. It can take a few minutes for these changes to be reflected on your entire site.
Still not working? It is possible that there may be another plugin on your site conflicting with Site Accelerator. Please try to disable all of your plugins except Jetpack, then try checking your images again. If they are displaying properly, we’ll know that another plugin is interfering. You can find out which plugin is the culprit by enabling each plugin one by one and checking the images after each one.
Finally, if it still isn’t working after disabling your plugins, it may be the theme. To test this, you can switch to one of the default themes such as Twenty Seventeen. If the issue is resolved, then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
I noticed that you have WP Fastest Cache installed. I recommend you clear the cache from the plugin and deactivate any minification set at the plugin.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Hey @idiatulla
You can deactivate the option ‘Image load times’, as you can see in this tutorial:
