Jetpack – trouble activating license

I am migrating to a new server and it’s setup slightly different.

wordpress is installed in a folder /wp

I try to re-link the license and it says that it’s already in use on my domain. But it’s not. I unlinked it prior to the move, but still can’t seem to activate it.

Any ideas what might be causing this?
