Why do I need a account?

Since Jetpack and its services are provided and hosted by, a account is required for Jetpack to function.

I already have a WordPress account, but Jetpack isn’t working. What’s going on?

A account is different from the account you use to log into your self-hosted WordPress. If you can log into, then you already have a account. If you can’t, you can easily create one during installation.

How do I view my stats?

Once you’ve installed Jetpack your stats will be available on, on the official WordPress mobile apps, and on your Jetpack dashboard.

Unbelievable plugin

This is so cool package which provide a lot of tools for every webmaster. Fast and simple installation. Fast support! Thanks you so much!

Bloat Catastrophy

As far as I’m concerned, any plugin that can take a sub-2secs loading time website down to over 5-6 seconds loading time, then needs configuring to try and get a couple of seconds back, is not worth the hassle of uploading it.

Great job!

Thank you for your great job! Plugin looks really nice, stylish and effective.

Bloat with unnecessary features

I installed this for the image CDN but quickly uninstalled after seeing all the unnecessary features JetPack adds (not to mention, the plugin with only six modules enabled still increased my load time by 3-4 seconds). Although you can disable the features, it still adds considerable bloat to the back end: I’m aware the developers say they aren’t loaded to the front end, but it still is additional code.
