Hello @tjalexander70
Cloudflare (a CDN and DDoS protection service), could be contributing to this issue.
Could you please try pausing Cloudflare as described here?
https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/203118044#h_8654c523-e31e-4f40-a3c7-0674336a2753
After you’ve paused it, try again to see if the issue persists.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle C.
Hello @piedemontestore
I am glad to help!
Regarding your request, we were unable to fetch the data from your Jetpack-powered site, the communication channel seems to be broken.
Could you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that:
1. Go to the **Jetpack** menu in your WP-Admin dashboard
2. Scroll down to find the *Connections* area.
3. Click *Manage site connection*.
4. Click **Disconnect** and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
5. Click **Set Up Jetpack** button to connect your site to WordPress.com again. This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:

Hello @inah13
If you are using a service like Mailchimp, you can import the users and send them a signup confirmation.
You can know more about it at:
* https://mailchimp.com/help/import-contacts-mailchimp/ – information to import the list.
* https://mailchimp.com/help/reconfirm-contacts/ – information to force the list to reconfirm that wants to keep the email signed to your Mailchimp list.Note that you have permission to send posts to the users via email gathered by your Signup widget. The re-confirmation is a way to have the confirmation to the newsletter as well.
I recommend you to contact Mailchimp support, in case you have questions about their services.
Let me know if you have any questions related to Jetpack.
My best regards,
Michelle

Another recommendation is to check the spam box for the emails.
Let me know if you have any questions.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Portfolio “Projects” nameHello @perfectreputationsnowadmin
I am glad to help!
Regarding your request, the title customization will all be done through the theme you’re using, so I recommend checking with the theme support.
Essentially, we facilitate the theme with the management of the Portfolio items, but the theme handles how they’re displayed.
Let me know if you have any questions.
