Hello @news34
It’s possible that there might be a conflict on your site.
I know it’s less than ideal, but would you please try to disable all of your plugins except Jetpack Boost.
Then try testing again to see if the error persists. If it goes away, we’ll know that another plugin is interfering here.
You can find out which plugin is the culprit by enabling each plugin one by one and repeating the test after each one.
If it’s still not working after disabling the plugins, it may be the theme.
Would you please switch to one of the default themes to see if that fixes it?
If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

In reply to: [Jetpack Protect] WarningJetpack Protect is compatible with PHP 8.
I see that your site is behind Cloudflare (a CDN and DDoS protection service), which may be contributing to this issue.
Could you try pausing Cloudflare as described here, please?
The steps here will help to ensure that your site is optimized to work well with Cloudflare.
After you’ve made the changes, try again to see if the issue persists.

Hello @marbelle
I see that your site is behind Cloudflare (a CDN and DDoS protection service), which may be contributing to this issue.

After you’ve made the changes, clear the Cloudflare and your website cache (if you have any cache plugins installed) and try again to see if the issue persists.

Hi @tregothnan
Jetpack requires active access (HTTP response 200) in order to connect the site correctly.
In this case, since you added a basic auth password to the site, Jetpack is not able to connect.
I recommend you temporarily remove the basic auth protect password and proceed with the reinstall.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Hey @iridium21
Jetpack plugin and Hummingbird work together, but Jetpack Boost and Hummingbird could have compatibility issues, if you have multiple WordPress performance plugins installed, they may conflict with each other and lead to unpredictable behavior or even break your site.
You can keep Hummingbird activated and install Jetpack to work with WooCommerce plugins. But I recommend you to not use Jetpack Boost in case you want to keep Hummingbird running.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

Hi @damax83
Looks like there is something installed on the site that’s causing problems.
The best way to find out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict. You can do that by following these steps:
**Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack, and [clear your browser’s cache](https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#browser-cache).**
– Then, try to activate Jetpack Boost again. If the plugin works, then you know another plugin is conflicting here. You can reactivate plugins one by one, checking to activate Jetpack Boost after each one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
You can leave that plugin deactivated and/or contact whoever makes that plugin for help resolving the issue it’s causing.
If deactivating plugins doesn’t help, it may be your theme.
**Temporarily activate a default WordPress theme like [Twenty Twenty-One](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwentyone/).**
– Then, try to activate Jetpack Boost again. If the plugin works, then you know it’s a problem with the theme.
You can contact whoever makes the theme for help resolving the issue it’s causing.`
Hi @hoseua
Thank you for the confirmation.
The jQuery files are used by WordPress and most of the plugins and themes look like LiteSpeed has some modification set, messing with the .js files.
I’m marking this as resolved. If you still need help with this, please feel free to mark it as ‘not resolved’ again.
Thanks
Hey @stephkennerson
I removed the Jetpack connection for the live site you mentioned, but we don’t have stephaniek52.sg-host.com connected to the Jetpack on our system.
Could you check if the notification came from one of our @jetpack.com emails, please?
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Hi @leac
Could you confirm if you have any country IP blocked, please? Looks like my lack of access is because my IP range is being blocked from your server.
I’d suggest contacting your hosting provider and asking them to check their security logs for any blocked requests to the xmlrpc.php file on your site, using the
Jetpack by WordPress.comuser agent. You can also ask them to allow our IP addresses listed here:
Please note that these IP addresses could change (or more could be added) at any time, which could break your connection to Jetpack. For this reason, we actually discourage allowing listing specific IPs, although with some hosts it may be the only option.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Hi @hoseua
There are known issues with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and Jetpack.
If you experience issues with Jetpack while LiteSpeed Cache is enabled, deactivating or uninstalling LiteSpeed Cache will help.
Could you try it, please?
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
I triggered a full sync at your site to fix the issue.
It could take some time to finish the process. Could you test your site in a couple of hours and contact us back, in order to check if everything worked, please?
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
