Hello @lbonesini
Since it is an SSL certificate issue, I gently ask you to contact your hosting support and ask them to reissue your certificates.
Let us know if you have any questions.
The behavior you related in your last message looks like a server glitch, maybe a memory overload causing a slowness at the site, even the FastCGI enabled could cause the error 500, and the logs don’t register them.
I recommend you to keep your site software fully upgraded and check with the hosting support if you had any memory outrage in the last few days.
Let us know if you have any questions.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Widget disappearsHello @convospanish
There may be something installed on the site that’s causing problems. The quickest way to figure out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict.
I know it’s less than ideal, but could you please try the following:
– Temporarily deactivate all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache.
– Then add the Jetpack widget again. If the widget works, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one, add the Jetpack widget in between, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can leave it disabled or reach out to the plugin developer for a fix.If disabling plugins doesn’t help, it may be the theme.
– Temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty. Then add the Jetpack widget again. If the widget works, then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you can reach out to the theme developer for a fix.
Let us know how that goes.

Hi @asafm7
The file was empty probably due to a cache plugin or browser cache.
Since you have a backup, you could try to regenerate the Critical CSS again, using an anonymous tab to check the results.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle C.
Thank you for your interest in Jetpack Boost and sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with it.
The Jetpack Boost plugin uses an automatic internal mechanism in order to verify the page for the creation of Critical CSS. When it fails to find the proper identification on the page it will fail and display the type of error reported.
It seems the issue may be caused by a plugin or the theme that Jetpack Boost may not be compatible with.
In order for us to investigate further, we would need more details from your site setup such as the URL or your site and if you are using cache plugins or Cloudflare, the theme you are using, and the activated plugins on your site.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle C.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Exclude image on LazyLoadHello @ssgconline
If the instructions sent by @drawmyface didn’t work, you can ask to your hosting support to deactivate Jetpack via their end to guarantee direct access to the site.
After you update your user (with a new password), you can ask them to reactivate the plugin for you. This way the login should work with Jetpack Protect activated.
If that doesn’t work, please contact us via this contact form.

In reply to: [Jetpack Boost - Website Speed, Performance and Critical CSS] not connectingHello @oregondoglife
Error 500 is related to your hosting services.
I checked your site at https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=petradioshow.com and everything is connected with your site at this moment.
If the issue persists on your end, could you send us screenshots with the errors, please?
I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this email. It works with Chrome, Firefox, and IE.
Let me know if you have any questions.
