Support » Plugin: Jetpack Boost » Failed to Load Speed Scores

  • Resolved BMcGinley

I get the above error message whenever I visit the Jetpack Boost backend page. My CSS styles load alright, but even on Twenty-Twenty-One, the scores fail to load.

    Hi there,

If you use a Web Application Firewall service such as Cloudflare, or a WordPress plugin to restrict access to your site, try adding a rule to allow access to your site from Boost’s speed scores are always returned from that address. If you are not using a service or plugin to protect your site from unwanted traffic, ask your web host to check if the traffic from is being blocked.

Thank you, I tried adding that to Wordfence’s “Allowlisted IP addresses that bypass all rules” field, but it doesn’t seem to have had any effect.

    Hi there

In that case, can you ask your web host to check if the traffic from is being blocked.

If not, could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?

If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

My host says they’re not seeing anything that would be causing it from their side, so there’s something about the site configuration. I’ll update once their deeper investigation bears answers.
