In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Tiled Galleries Not LoadingHey @valisemag
I see that your site is behind Cloudflare (a CDN and DDoS protection service), which may be contributing to this issue. Can you please try pausing Cloudflare as described here?

After you’ve paused it, try again to see if the issue persists.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

Could you confirm if you have any other cache or modification plugin installed on your website, please?

Hey @sohorocks
It is above what our support covers, I am afraid.
You can hire a WordPress Expert to help you.
You can search for development help in a variety of places — here are a few to start:
* WordPress Jobs: https://jobs.wordpress.net/
* WordPress Professional Network: https://jetpack.pro/
* Codeable: https://codeable.io/?ref=l1TwZ
* Fiverr: https://www.fiverr.com/categories/programming-tech/wordpress-servicesLet me know if you have any questions.

Michelle
You can try to enable the Developer mode instead of bypassing the Cloudflare DNS.
Let us know your test results.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Tell if plugin is used?Hey @hube2
Glad to help!
To guarantee that no part of the plugin is being used, you can check if the plugin is deactivated on your Plugins page.
Jetpack services will not work without a valid connection using your WordPress.com connection.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Michelle
Hey @alixo1

I checked the site you provided and looks like the Jetpack is not installed or activated at the site.
Could you reactivate it and contact us back, please?

Hello @wilky76
Glad to help!
I checked your connections and at this moment only Facebook is connected to the Publicize system.
Sometimes, the connection between Instagram and Jetpack might get disconnected.
Not to worry, you can follow these steps to disconnect and reconnect your Jetpack to Instagram.
Please do the following, in this specific order:
1 – Access your site [**Dashboard → Tools → Marketing → Connections**](https://wordpress.com/marketing/connections/). Look for your social media connection and click on the ‘**Disconnect**’ button.
2 – Disconnect your Jetpack, using these [**instructions**](https://jetpack.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/)
3 – Remove WordPress from your allowed Applications on your social media account(s).
* You can revoke your Instagram loading your own profile and click on the Settings gear next to the button Edit Profile. From there, go to Authorized Applications and click on “Revoke” Access for Jetpack.
4 – Reconnect your Jetpack, using these [**instructions**](https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#disconnecting-jetpack)
5 – Reconnect your social media profile(s) at [**Dashboard → Tools → Marketing → Connections**](https://wordpress.com/marketing/connections/). Look for your social media connection and click on the ‘**Connect’ button**’.
Then, make a test post and see if it was shared on your social channels.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle
Hey @acattabriga
Glad to help!
Jetpack is not connected to your site because your xmlrpc.php file is locked by your hosting. That means we cannot access your site, which is needed for our connection:
https://www.docbrowns.com/xmlrpc.phpThe link above must return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.You can see a working example here:
http://jetpack.me/xmlrpc.phpSince your site returns a 403 “Forbidden” error for this page, please check the following:
* Can you see the /xmlrpc.php file at the root of your WordPress installation when accessing your site via FTP (if you’re not sure what this means, please ask your hosting customer support for a hand)? If you don’t, then please try re-installing WordPress. You can do this by going to the Dashboard → Upgrades page, then clicking the “Reinstall WordPress” button.
* Do you use any security plugins that may block access to this file? If so, could you try to disable them? You might also want to check your site’s .htaccess file for any rules that might be blocking access to the xmlrpc.php file. Again, if you’re not sure what this means, your host customer support should be able to lend a hand.
* Does your hosting provider block access to this file? If you don’t find any plugin that may block access to the file on your site, I would recommend that you get in touch with your hosting support and ask them to allow Jetpack to access xmlrpc.php.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue. Do you still have the Image Optimization enabled?
