Follower Count Never Changes

    Hi, I’ve noticed that my follower count has remained unchanged for months now at exactly 7706. This is highly unusual as I had been experiencing fluctuations pretty much every day. Someone said this is probably caused by Jetpack needing to clear out the cache. Is this true and is it anything we can do on our end? Or do we have to contact Jetpack somehow?

    MadHatter: Hello and thanks for the timely response. But I don’t see an actual answer to my question anywhere. Where would I find that? I don’t seem to have gotten an email and am not sure where else to look. I did fill out that contact form per Michelle’s request up top, but was still awaiting a response to that. Please advise.
