Hello @rehwolution
The file xmlrpc.php must be on the site root to work correctly.
Please, move it to the correct place and try to reconnect the site.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Hello David,
Would you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that:
1 – Go to the **Jetpack** menu in your WP-Admin dashboard
2 – Scroll down to find the *Connections* area.
3 – Click *Manage site connection*.
4 – Click **Disconnect** and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
5. – Click the **Set Up Jetpack** button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:
* [How to disconnect Jetpack](https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#disconnecting-jetpack)
After reconnecting, please contact us back to confirm.
Hi @rehwolution
We cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file, which is needed for our connection:
* https://www.rehwolution.it/xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack
The link above must return the following message:
XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.You can see a working example here: http://jetpack.me/xmlrpc.php
Since your site returns an error for this page, please check the following:
* Can you see the /xmlrpc.php file at the root of your WordPress installation when accessing your site via FTP (if you’re not sure what this means, please ask your hosting customer support for a hand)? If you don’t, then please try re-installing WordPress. You can do this by going to the Dashboard → Upgrades page, then clicking the “Reinstall WordPress” button.
* Do you use any security plugins that may block access to this file? If so, could you try to disable them? You might also want to check your site’s .htaccess file for any rules that might be blocking access to the xmlrpc.php file. Again, if you’re not sure what this means, your host customer support should be able to lend a hand.
* Does your hosting provider block access to this file? If you don’t find any plugin that may block access to the file on your site, I would recommend that you get in touch with your hosting support and ask them to allow Jetpack to access xmlrpc.php.
Once we are able to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file, you should be able to connect Jetpack to WordPress.com:
* **https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack**
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,

Hi @ions2020
Unfortunately, this is a hosting issue and it is out of our scope to solve it.
We need a valid connection between Jetpack and your site, and unblocking the file https://artionacademy.com/xmlrpc.php is a requirement.
I recommend you to insist to the hosting support to turn on xmlrpc.php file again or, in the last case, change hosts.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Stats not sync’dThe file https://rule65.co.uk/xmlrpc.php is still blocked (as you can check if reach the link) and Jetpack can’t connect to your site in order to generate the stats.
If you don’t have any plugins installed that could cause the block, then your hosting support must address the unblock on their firewall.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle

Hey @ions2020
I tested your website and the images and logo are showing on the site. This could be a cache issue on your end.
Some issues that you encounter with your WordPress.com blog or account can be solved by changing your browser settings, refreshing the page, or clearing the browser cache and cookies.
Here is our support doc that explains how to fix these issues:

However, the connection between your site and Jetpack is not healthy. That means we cannot access your site’s XML-RPC file, which is needed for our connection:

The link above must return the following message:

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack videopressHi @njali909
You can open a request to move the VideoPress plan from one domain to another without issues, both must have Jetpack installed and working under the same username you purchased the plan.
Let me know if you have any questions.
