Disabled and enabled jetpack plugin. Now all backups and stats are gone

Hi, I have a client who has a jetpack premium subscription. I’m the developer of the website, and while trying to fix a problem I temporarily disabled the JetPack plugin.

After re-enabling, everything is gone. When my client logs in to her JetPack dashboard all her stats and backups are gone. She just renewed her subscription on 3 december. What can we do to fix this as soon as possible? She currently has no time to handle this herself but I can get access to her account.
