Hi, @giuseppe12!
I went through the whole procedure and nothing worked.
Thank you for trying our suggestions out, and I’m sorry to hear it’s still not working on your end.
I tested checkout on your site again and still saw the PayPal button.
So, I was thinking if it could be a geographical restriction. While our PayPal Checkout lists Italy as a compatible country, I’m not seeing it in this list: Country/Region of Residence and Available Services
To test this theory, I tried accessing your site with a VPN set to Italy, and I still got the PayPal button at checkout.
As we are currently unable to recreate the issue you’re experiencing, it’s difficult to make further recommendations.
Are you aware if other users/visitors on your site are not seeing the button too? If yes, is there maybe a pattern you can see as to why the button is showing up for some and not for others?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Catalog not syncingHi, @aseptic!
First of all, thank you for already providing your System Status Report and sync logs. I’m not seeing anything immediately out of the ordinary from those, however.
As a next step, can you try re-connecting your WooCommerce Store to your Facebook Shop, as that can sometimes fix syncing issues?
To do that, you can follow the steps here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-how-to-re-connect/You can also attempt a manual sync by heading to Marketing > Facebook > Product sync, and clicking the “Sync products” button.
Please give my suggestions a go. If you continue running into issues, can you check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs if there are any fatal errors logs there? If there are, please share them with us too.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] credit card fields to narrowHi again, @enriqueborja!
Thank you for that additional information. Normally, when there are these kinds of issues with checkout fields, we’ve found it’s been due to a conflict, either with another plugin or most likely your site’s theme.
To determine if that is the case here, I would recommend that you perform a conflict test.
From our conflict testing guide, probably the best tool is the Health Check plugin as it doesn’t affect how visitors see your live site. If you’re interested, we have a more in-depth guide on using that plugin for conflict testing here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/troubleshooting-using-health-check/You might want to try that out, and if you find that the issue was from a conflict, you can then reach out to the right developers for a possible fix!
Thanks for trying out my suggestions, @b4zman!
And yes, please keep us updated on whether deactivating W3 Total Cache will work. Keeping my fingers crossed for you that it does!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] credit card fields to narrowHi, @enriqueborja!
I just checked your site, and the Stripe fields are showing up fine for me at checkout:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/1WgQYgFor reference, I viewed your site on a desktop using Chrome. I also viewed it on mobile with Chrome and encountered no issues.
Can you let us know if you’re still seeing narrow fields? If yes, which device and browser are you using? Can you also try viewing on an incognito window and seeing if that makes a difference?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Products not displaying in catalogHi, @meganherring!
The fatal error logs will be in the same place where you view the Facebook logs, that is, under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Click on the dropdown and select the ones you see there that, as Adam mentioned, line up time-wise with the errors from the Facebook log.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/NVufmYYou can then copy and paste that into your reply here for us to check.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Is this plugin working?Hi @bredamcguigan,
When I said I don’t have that option on the product admin I was indeed talking about the product page: http://prntscr.com/11sjm8i
Why is that not available? I am using the plugin Version 2.3.5Hmmm… that is very curious! We did just release the latest version of the extension, version 2.4.0, but even on 2.3.5, you should have the Facebook tab on your products.
This leads me to believe that the extension may not have been connected to Facebook at all. To check, when you look at Marketing > Facebook > Connection, are you seeing information on your connected Facebook assets? Specifically, are they not blank like in this image?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/y71jZhIf they’re blank, please update to the latest version of the Facebook extension first then try reconnecting again.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for Woocommerce – products sync problemsHi, @stefanhackel!
There are a couple of things we can immediately check here:
- Are all your products set to “Sync and Show”?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/3ADW4P - Are the products that are not syncing perhaps virtual products? If they are, these are not allowed according to Facebook’s e-commerce policy, and so won’t be synced to Facebook.
If you’ve checked all of these, our next suggestion is to turn on debug logging for Facebook by going to Marketing > Facebook and checking “Enable Debug Mode.” Please then try another manual sync there and share with us the most recent Facebook debug log you see under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. You can paste it in your reply to us here.
Hi, @b4zman!
Do you perhaps have the pixel tracking code added to your site more than once? One thing you can check is your site’s header.php in case the code was added there manually. You can also check if you have another plugin that may be adding the code.
Another thing you can look at is if disabling your caching plugin, W3 Total Cache, will help.
If you’re certain you only have the code added once, that is, through our Facebook for WooCommerce extension, you can mark the issue as resolved in the Events Manager. Facebook will then check for the issue again after 3 days.
Hi, @nathanwilkins!
There are a few things we can immediately check here:
- Do you have Stripe logging enabled? If not, please enable it from WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe, place a test order, and check Stripe logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Are there any errors showing up there?
- Are the Secret Key and Publishable Key correct? To note, if Test Mode is enabled, you would want to use the Test Secret Key and Test Publishable Key from your Stripe account. If Test Mode is disabled, please use your Live Secret Key and Live Publishable Key.
- Is the Webhook Secret configured according to this?
Please check those out and I hope they help point you in the right direction!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Payment processing issuesHi, @alexlobanov!
First, do you have any Square payments logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs? In case logging for Square payments isn’t enabled yet, you can enable Debug Mode under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Square. If you have logs, are you seeing any errors in them?
Next thing you can check is if you have any caching/security systems either through a plugin or your hosting provider. If you have any, can you see if temporarily disabling them fixes your issue?
Finally, if those don’t help, you can open a support request with us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done. Please also include your System Status Report in the request.
I hope this helps point you in the right direction!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Pending Payment Order Item’s Stock not reducedHi, @albertsauque!
If you are seeing the same issue, according to our forum guidelines, it would be best that you create your own thread since something else may be causing the issue on your site. We would gladly assist you from there!
Otherwise, you can try the conflict testing I recommended above too.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Is this plugin working?Hi, @bredamcguigan!
Thank you for the logs and the System Status Report!
First, as to your question:
I don’t have that option on the product admin page for Facebook sync?
Sorry I didn’t make it clear! The “Facebook sync” settings I referenced above would be product-specific. When you go to edit or create a product, it should have a “Facebook” tab that you can select. You’ll see the “Facebook sync” setting there:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/Td6qYfNext, the logs you shared show the following:
Some of the aliases you requested do not exist. This may be related to some of your Facebook business areas – ads, catalogue, or shop – currently being in Draft mode. If your business areas aren’t live on Facebook, they’re not accessible for syncing with the API.Could you please let us know if you have anything in your Facebook business setup that is not yet live or public?
- Are all your products set to “Sync and Show”?
