You’re correct in that TaxJar has the closest functionality to what you’re looking for. As you note, though, you’re using custom tax rules in WooCommerce. That would be the ones under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard rates/Reduced rates, and so on, is that right?
If so, can you show us a screenshot of how you’ve set that up? You can use https://snipboard.io/ to share one with me.
Can you also clarify this part of your message for me?
I just want to go under each user, select the one or two states they are exempt in and save.
If you’re looking at granting tax exemptions only for certain users and not necessarily based on states, you might want to consider this plugin: Tax Exempt for WooCommerce
Of course, feel free to correct me if I misunderstood anything!

I just checked the code on the page you shared with us, and it is very curious because I’m not seeing the code for the “Add to Cart” button at all.
That is often indicative of a conflict, and before we try a full-on conflict test, can you see if deactivating your wishlist plugin helps? The reason I mention that is because I’m seeing references to
yith-wcwl-add-to-wishlistin the code, and it looks like it might be interfering with the “Add to Cart” button.Forum: Plugins

Can you let me know which version of WordPress and WooCommerce your site is using? You can check that under WooCommerce > Status > System Status.
In the past, we’ve seen the issue you’re experiencing being caused by a conflict, either with your site’s theme or another plugin.
To test if there is any such conflict, what you can do is use a plugin like Health Check. It has a troubleshooting mode where only you as the admin will see any changes made to the site. The general steps for the conflict test would be:
1. Enable troubleshooting mode on the Health Check plugin which will deactivate all plugins and switch the site’s theme to a default one like Storefront
2. Activate WooCommerce
3. Check if WooCommerce Status now appears in your dashboardIf the problem is gone, then activate plugins one at a time. In between each activation, repeat step 3. If you’re interested, we have a more in-depth guide on using that plugin here:

The error you’re seeing can be due to the pixel tracking code being added to your site more than once, either in your site’s header.php or another plugin. I do note that you told us this:
I have woocommerce and the pixel is been installed from facebook platform, no php or html code installed on website excpet from woocommerce for facebook and woocommerce plugins.
Can you please clarify what you mean by “the pixel is been installed from facebook platform”? Before using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, did you already have the pixel installed on your site?
Another thing you can look at is if you have a caching plugin. You can try disabling that and seeing if it will help.
If you’re certain you only have the code added once, that is, through our Facebook for WooCommerce extension, you can mark the issue as resolved in the Events Manager. And as it says in the message you copied, Facebook will check for the issue again after 3 days.

No need to apologize at all! Mirko is right though! In our experience, issues like this are usually due to caching systems, either through a plugin or your hosting provider. It can also be caused by a plugin that indexes customer sessions incorrectly.
Are you able to reproduce the issue? If not, conflict testing would be very tricky.
In this case, I would recommend first confirming under WP Admin > Plugins if you have any caching and optimization plugins installed. I would also suggest checking with your hosting provider if they have caching on their end.

I had English (United States) and changed it to English (UK) now but still nothing changes..
I did some more testing for you, and it looks like this will depend on how you’re setting tax. Are you setting it through WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard Rates?
If yes, you should be able to set a “Tax name” for your rates as shown here:

Yes, I’ve seen it. I haven’t been able to reproduce it on any of my sites either, though.

We will be using Authorize.Net Credit Card, does it have that setting?
There are quite a few Authorize.Net plugins out there. Do you have a link to the one you’ll be using?
For example, the Authorize.Net plugin we have in WooCommerce.com, has the setting “Transaction Type” under Credit Card Settings that does what I described above.
