In reply to: [WooCommerce] Old orders showing up in shopping cartHi, @asaph11!
No need to apologize at all!
The issues with logging in don’t seem to be related to the one about old orders showing up in the cart. That said, are your clients seeing any particular error messages?
And you’re right! Without being able to replicate the issue, it’s difficult to address what’s causing it.
Steps I have taken so far,
Backed up site
updated all plugins
Disabled any non essential plugins
These are all very good steps to take! Hopefully, they at least take care of the first issue with old orders in the cart. Please do continue monitoring the issue, and keep us updated if it crops up again.
In your very first message, you mentioned bookings. I’m sorry I didn’t ask this earlier, but can you let us know which plugin you’re using for that? You can check it under WP Admin > Plugins.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customer Tax Exemption by Specific StatesFirst of all, thank you for that additional information, @blueplanetb2b! I think we’re on the same path now. π
That said, the functionality you’re looking for does sound very unique. I was thinking a user-based tax exemption plugin like the Tax Exempt for WooCommerce plugin I mentioned above, but I’m not sure now either as, from its documentation, I can’t see how it handles location-based exemptions per user.
If you think that could work, you can ask pre-sales questions about it at WooCommerce.com.You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Sorry this wasn’t that helpful! I’ll keep an eye on other possible options though!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] AvaTax not displaying tax for Apple/Google PayHi, @ahvenllc!
Although the thread you linked to pertains to Stripe, your issue might still be related.
To start, can you share with us your settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax? You can use https://snipboard.io/ to share those screenshots with us.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Dashboard widgetThank you! It doesn’t tell us anything about WooCommerce on your site, unfortunately.
Can you please clarify for me, under WP Admin > Plugins, is WooCommerce still installed and active on your site?
Can you send me a screenshot of that as well?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Parse error in WoocommerceCan you please share with me the full error? It should reference a line that we can then check.
Another thing for you to try immediately would be the solution from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctpwZoceURk
The values you may see in your site’s files might be different, but it’s worth checking if there is a reference there to older versions of PHP.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] header and footer messed up when i add checkout blockHi, @sibichan!
From what you describe, it looks like you’ve run into a conflict between WooCommerce Blocks and either your site’s theme or one of its plugins.
To test if there is any such conflict, what you can do is use a plugin like Health Check. It has a troubleshooting mode where only you as the admin will see any changes made to the site. The general steps for the conflict test would be:
1. Enable troubleshooting mode on the Health Check plugin which will deactivate all plugins and switch the site’s theme to a default one like Storefront
2. Activate WooCommerce and WooCommerce Blocks
3. Check your site’s header and footerIf the problem is gone, then activate the theme, and repeat step 3. If the header and footer are still okay, activate plugins one at a time. In between each activation, repeat step 3.
If you’re interested, we have a more in-depth guide on using that plugin here:

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] ‘wc-payment-method-bacs’ has been deactivated in CarHi Tito @titowhisky!
Thank you for that System Status Report! That was very helpful.
I see WordPress, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Blocks are all up-to-date on your site, so no issues there at all!
The message you’re seeing is frankly just a notice. It’s not an error or even a warning. If you find that your site is working as normal, you can safely ignore it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Parse error in WoocommerceHi, @kiddiestuff!
Thanks for trying those out! And I’m sorry you’re still running into this issue.
Can you please get in touch with your hosting provider about which PHP version your site is using? We’ve seen similar issues caused before by outdated PHP.
For reference, we recommend a minimum of PHP 7.3.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Exporting Data from Woocommerce PluginHi, @huubv!
You may want to look into this extension: WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export.
It looks like it meets all your requirements based on this sample order CSV export.
WooCommerce.com does have a 30-day Refund Policy, so you’re free to make the most of that time to see if it fits your needs. If it doesnβt, you can get a refund for it.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Dashboard widgetOkay, please allow me to clarify. Outside troubleshooting mode, can you please let me know which version of WordPress and WooCommerce your site is using? You can check that under WooCommerce > Status > System Status?
The server environment values above don’t quite give us a lot of information, although I do note that the PHP time limit is at a rather low 60. We normally recommend at least 300. Your hosting provider should be able to help you adjust that.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Customer Tax Exemption by Specific StatesHey, @blueplanetb2b!
Sorry for the delayed response here. The screenshots don’t quite give me what I was looking for, but from your description, I think I can surmise how youβve set tax up under βAC Lighting,β βACT Lighting,β etc. Would it be correct to say that your rates there only specify a Country Code, like this?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/2OW7lvIf yes, then the workaround I’m thinking of would involve setting State-specific rates. That can be very tedious, but a way to streamline the process would be by using the Import/Export CSV method described here:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] New Analytics Report Not Working Part 2Hey, @redphive!
Sorry for the delayed response here. Have you reached out to the Price Based on Country for WooCommerce developers about the issue? If you haven’t, I would suggest that as the recent WooCommerce updates may have broken how that plugin works with Analytics.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add Padding Between Currency Suffix and PriceYou’re very welcome, Beb! I’m very happy to hear your problem’s been solved. π
Looks like I took the difficult path π
Totally normal! Sometimes we just need another set of eyes to help us look into solutions.
I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you do have any further questions, feel free to start a new thread!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add Padding Between Currency Suffix and PriceThe only tax settings I can find are enable taxes, am I in the wrong place?
Aha! I think we’re on to something here. Normally, the Tax settings are next to the Product tab:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/hUhm7JHowever, that only shows up when taxes are enabled in the General settings:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/E6NnqLFrom your message, I’m guessing that’s not the case on your site? Is that correct?
If taxes are not enabled, you can enable it so you can set the βPrice display suffix.β And you don’t need to set any tax rates if you don’t intend to charge your customers tax.
