    Hi, @alexrv!

I’d love to help you check on this. First, can you clarify which version of WooCommerce you’re using? You can check that under WooCommerce > Status > System Status.

The reason I ask is that WooCommerce Reports has been deprecated and has now been replaced by WooCommerce Analytics. The reporting from the two is also different.

For reference, from my end, using WooCommerce Analytics and filtering Orders so that it only shows refunded orders, net values are reported, that is, they don’t include tax.

    Hi, @cienfu90!

To start, can you please let us know which versions of WooCommerce and WordPress you’re using? You can find those under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > System Status.

Next, can you please try resetting your site’s permalinks by heading to WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks and clicking on the “Save Changes” button without making any changes?

Please let us know if that helps!

    Hi, @ansarul121!

The 403 error is often indicative of issues with your site’s server environment. Can you please see if any of the solutions in this guide help with your issue?

    Hi, @thesnodgrass!

I checked out your site, and I do see what you mean. My shipping method selection isn’t saved when I go from cart to checkout.

I ran some tests on my sites, and I couldn’t replicate the issue though. That said, I am only using the default Storefront theme on my site.

Are you also perhaps using any plugins that affect the default checkout functionality? The reason I ask is that we may be looking at a conflict. To test if that is the case, you can use a plugin like Health Check.

It has a troubleshooting mode where only you as the admin will see any changes made to the site. Your visitors will not see any changes. The general steps for the conflict test would be:

    1. Enable troubleshooting mode on the Health Check plugin which will deactivate all plugins and switch the site’s theme to a default one like Storefront
    2. Activate WooCommerce
    3. See if the selected shipping method persists when going from cart to checkout

If the problem is gone, then activate plugins one at a time. In between each activation, repeat step 3. If you’re interested, we have a more in-depth guide on using that plugin here:

    Hi, @futureyoung!

I just checked your site. In particular, I looked at this page where I saw the issue you described:
    https://archimede.sintecnos.com/categoria-prodotto/sterilizzazione/

I fiddled around with possible CSS solutions, and I don’t think CSS by itself will work because you’ll still want the height to be dynamic, that is, for it to adjust based on the screen the user’s using to view your site.

In this case, you may need a solution similar to the jQuery code described here:

    Hi, @ishaannair!

Are you able to send us a link to your site so we can personally check the issue?

Based on your screenshots though, you most likely have a conflict going on either with a plugin or your site’s theme. The quickest way to test for that would be by using a plugin like Health Check.

    3. Check the All Products page again

If the problem is gone, then activate plugins one at a time. In between each activation, repeat step 3. If you’re interested, we have a more in-depth guide on using that plugin here:

You’re welcome, @blueplanetb2b, although I didn’t really get you any closer to a solution.

I suspect you’ll need a developer to look into this since there doesn’t look to be any plugins out there that can do what you want. Still, I’ll keep this thread open, in case someone else has other suggestions.

    Hi, @bitma!

To clarify, according to our developers, our Stripe extension doesn’t set request_three_d_secure to any. They’ve suggested that you try using wc_stripe_generate_payment_request filter to add that parameter if you need it.

You’re very welcome, @ahmadegbaria000! I’m so happy we’ve finally resolved this. Thank you again for being so patient! 😄

I was almost running out of options, so I went through everything you’ve provided again so far and noticed this:

It appears that there is now a WooCommerce Setup widget on your site’s Screen Options. Can you please activate that, then go through the setup steps in the WooCommerce Setup widget? That should bring back the WooCommerce Status widget afterwards.

Please try that out and thank you so much for being very patient while we’re looking at possible solutions!

Thanks for keeping us updated, @redphive!

I’ve sent them a message and will wait for a response. As I stated before they say their plugin is compatible with the new Woocommerce reports.

Disabling the plugin doesn’t seem to fix the problem either.

I’m pretty positive that disabling the Price Based on Country for WooCommerce plugin won’t help to show both USD and CAD values in Analytics, as it seemed like that functionality was only coming from that plugin in the first place.

I also have the Woocommerce Admin plugin. When activated there are no errors or warnings in the console when loading the report pages.

However when I deactivate the Admim plugin I have these 4 warnings.

Hmm… this is interesting! The error messages suggest issues with pre-loading. Do you perhaps have any caching/optimization plugins active on your site? Can you see if flushing the cache, then temporarily disabling said plugins remove the errors?

Caching may also be playing a role in the Price Based on Country for WooCommerce and Analytics not working together. So, while caching is still disabled, can you also head to Analytics > Settings and import historical data there? Once that finished, please check Analytics again.

Earlier, when I asked you to enable troubleshooting mode using the Health Check plugin, you mentioned, “Not appear in troubleshooting mode.”

Can you please clarify, after enabling troubleshooting mode, did you re-enable WooCommerce so that it’s the only plugin active on your site?

    Hi, @goingdigital!

That does sound like a useful feature. As such, I would encourage you to open either an enhancement or feature request for it here:
    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/new/choose

You will need a GitHub account for that, but it’s completely free to set up one.

    Hi, @rickhodges!

It sounds like you may be using a plugin to calculate distance rate shipping. Would that be correct?

If yes, can you let us know which plugin you’re using? You can check that under WP Admin > Plugins.

That should help us direct you towards the right avenue for support.

Thank you! I see that WooCommerce is up-to-date, so that’s a good start.

The PHP time limit is still low, though, so please see if your hosting provider can help you increase that to at least 300.

Under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, can you please also check if you’re seeing any fatal errors logs there?
