To help you narrow down where the code is coming from, you can perform a conflict test. For that, I would suggest using a plugin like Health Check. With that plugin, your visitors will not see the changes you’re making while in troubleshooting mode. Only you as an admin will see them. If you’re interested, we have a more in-depth guide on using that plugin here: Troubleshooting using Health Check.
Basically, the steps you’ll take will be:
- Enable troubleshooting mode on the Health Check plugin which will deactivate all plugins
- Activate WooCommerce
- Check for the SVG icons code
If the problem is gone, then activate plugins one at a time. In between each activation, repeat step 3.
I know that can be quite tedious, but that should help you figure out where the code is coming from, and hopefully, how to then remove it.

Can you let us know which specific Booking plugin you’re using? You can find the exact name for it under WP Admin > Plugins.

Thanks for clarifying that. The reason I asked about your process for requesting reviews was that, if you were sending emails (as you’ve confirmed you’re doing), you can make it so that the emails contain links to the products the customer has purchased. So, instead of heading to My Account and finding the product links to be unclickable, they’ll just need to click on the product links from the email.
If that’s something you wish to try, you can check out plugins like AutomateWoo or Follow-Ups. Those are both from the WooCommerce.com marketplace, so you’ll have 30 days to try them out to see if they work for you. If not, you can get a refund for them.
Another option I see from WordPress.org that might work for you is Customer Reviews for WooCommerce.

Can you please check under Settings > Reading if you have a setting there for infinite scroll? If yes, please see if disabling it helps.
Alternatively, if your site is using Jetpack, you may also want to look for the Infinite Scroll setting under Jetpack > Settings > Writing.

I completely understand your concerns!
To be on the safe side, what you can do is to generate a new authentication key by following these steps:
- Log in to your WordPress admin area
- Create a full backup of your site
- Deactivate the ShipStation plugin
- Navigate to the hidden settings page at http://domainname.com/wp-admin/options.php (replace ‘domainname.com’ with your own)
- Search for a field called
woocommerce_shipstation_auth_key - Delete the value (which is the unique key) next to it and click to save at the bottom
- Once saved, the ShipStation plugin will automatically generate a new key for you to use

First, I’m sorry to hear about the order problems. WooCommerce 5.x is a very big jump from 2.x, so it may explain why you’re running into issues.
Next, I’m unable to see the screenshot you shared. Can you please reupload it to https://snipboard.io/ ? If that is a screenshot of an order, please make sure it includes the order notes on the right.
Also, can you let us know the exact versions on your site of:
– WooCommerce
– WooCommerce databaseYou can check that under WooCommerce > Status > System Status.

The lack of pagination in the category page would normally be a function of your site’s theme. From the code, it looks like you’re using the Sinatra theme. If I got that right, you can ask your question in the theme’s dedicated forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/sinatra/
Alternatively, to help confirm if it is indeed an issue with your theme, can you see if pagination works when switching temporarily to Storefront?

I’ve had a look at those pages and their code, and it does appear that the icons have been added either by Elementor or another of the plugins your site uses.
I have several test sites using Storefront and I could see no traces of the SVG icons there.
Were all the above pages perhaps built with Elementor?

I just checked the hangstolar page again, and those images are at file sizes that are comparable to the hangmattor images now:
- 15.1, 20.6, 16.1
- 18.9, 21.7, 19.6
They look much better now too, at least to my eye.
I’m still not sure what was going on with the previous images, but I’ll continue to keep this thread open for a bit in case anyone else has suggestions.
