In reply to: [Storefront] E_COMPILE_ERROR with Storefront ThemeHi Mike @cuttycliffy!
Thank you for keeping us updated on your issue. I went looking for similar issues, and judging by the reference to
E_COMPILE_ERROR, the WooCommerce installation on your site may have some missing files. Can you try reinstalling WooCommerce if that helps? Also, can you check if you have a separate WooCommerce Admin plugin in your plugins list under WP Admin > Plugins? If yes, which version is it?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Issue with Advanced Dynamic Pricing PluginAlso, any plans by the check out to make a required check box that the customer is accepting our terms and conditions?
@umbrellacover, looks like you’re in luck!
A terms and conditions block is planned to be included in the upcoming version of the checkout block. If you’re interested, you can monitor its progress here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gutenberg-products-block/issues/4319

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Guest checkout page issuesHi, @umbrossino95!
While conflict testing and switching themes normally don’t cause any issues, it’s always a good idea to first create a full backup of your site before doing it. One way you can do that is by using Jetpack Backup.
To be on the safe side too, you can run the test on a staging site as Austin previously mentioned. Of course, you’ll also want to make sure the same issue is happening on the staging site for testing on it to be effective.
Alternatively, you may also want to consider using a plugin like Health Check for the conflict test on your live site. It has a troubleshooting mode where only you as the admin will see any changes made to the site so visitors are not affected. If you’re interested, we have a more in-depth guide on using that plugin here: Troubleshooting using Health Check.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] apple pay & google pay keeps loadingHi, @nutrijets!
[…] we are having a hard time trying to figure out an issue we recently have with Apple pay & Google pay just keeps trying to load once an item has been selected.
I’m not sure if I’m getting the conditions for replicating your issue right, so please feel free to clarify. I tested your site on both an iOS device for Apple Pay and an Android device for Google Pay, and this is what I got:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/OGz1BfThe Apple Pay and Google Pay buttons finish loading for me when switching colors.
Are you still having the issue you described? If yes, can you give us more detailed steps on how to produce it?
also, the add-to-cart/bag is not centered in mobile view.
I do see this issue on your site, and these kinds of issues are often related to your theme.
From your site’s code, I see that it seems to be using the Shoppe theme by Themify. In this case, we would suggest getting in touch with the theme developer in one of the following support channels:

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Credit Card Logos on Mobile SiteHi, Brad @btray1977!
The issue you describe is normally a theme issue. Specifically, your theme may have thicker padding/margins that’s causing the Card Number field to be too small on certain devices.
To help you test this and possibly suggest solutions, are you able to share with us a link to your site?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to add “Add To Cart” on the shop/catalog page?Hi, @slimmz!
So just to make things quicker (checkout), I prefer the Add To Cart button to be on the shop page/catalog page without the user needs to click on the product first. Is this achievable?
That is actually the behavior when using a default theme like Storefront, as you’ll see here, at least with Simple products:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/pVZlNnIs it also possible to make the shop page to be a list that displays the product details and add to cart page?
Both this and having the add to cart button on the shop page will require making changes to your theme templates.
As a kind reminder, this forum supports the core WooCommerce software functionality. That said, at least for the add to cart buttons, I can suggest the following guide: How to Create an “Add to Cart” Button Below Products on Your Shop Page.
You may also want to check in the dedicated support channels for the theme you’re using for additional assistance.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Pagination on categories not workingYou’re very welcome! Even though we don’t know which setting exactly worked in your case, I’m glad that helped. Thanks too for keeping us updated!
Should we just cancel them there, or will this push back data to WooCommerce?
Canceling in ShipStation shouldn’t push back data to your store:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/kW04sEThat said, I would also suggest reaching out to ShipStation support about the problem orders in case they can look at their logs and see why those orders did not update.
Hi Lisa @polkadotcreations!
If you’re seeing the PayPal buttons on your product pages, you can disable that under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout. You’ll want to scroll down a bit and look for the “Single Product Button Settings” section and make sure “Checkout on Single Product” is unchecked:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Show TAX/VAT on cart and invoiceThank you for the screenshots!
I copied them over to my site, and this is how it looks for me on the cart page:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/ykL3rGIt’s showing the tax amount, but only after a customer adds an address to calculate from since the setting for “Calculate tax based on” is set to “Customer shipping address.”
Are you seeing a different result on your site?
Alternatively, can you send us a link to your site and a product to test the checkout flow with?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] There are no payment methods available.Hi, @simatic007!
Can you let us know which version of WooCommerce Blocks you’re using? You can check that either under WP Admin > Plugins or WooCommerce > Status > System Status.
Also, you may want to look at this guide here that lists plugins that are compatible and incompatible with the current versions of the Cart and Checkout blocks: Cart & Checkout Blocks – Status.
