In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Activate PluginI just had a thought, @avrahamberry1. Do you have any caching from a plugin or from your hosting provider? The reason I ask is that your site might still be accessing a cached version of the plugin, so version 1.0.
If you have any caching, can you try flushing those and seeing if it helps?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Rich text in descriptionThank you for clarifying that, @zorenleolumosbog! The Catalog Fields page you linked to is a developer-level documentation. By default, our extension, however, does not currently have the option for using rich text as my colleague Mike previously mentioned. It could be possible by customizing the extension’s code though.
I would also encourage you to look at submitting this feature as an enhancement request here under “Feedback or idea”: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/new/choose

In reply to: [WooCommerce] payment methods don’t showHi, @purodreams!
I’d normally suggest that you post this question again in the WooCommerce Blocks forum, but since you’re already here, let’s take a look at this.
To start, can you please share a copy of your System Status Report with us? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
Also, are you using the WooCommerce Cart and Checkout blocks on your site at all? For reference, I’m talking about this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Reverse product reviews display orderHi, @wini0703!
I have tried turning on in settings discussion but it’s still shown as oldest to newest.
To be clear and just so we’re on the same page, did you try disabling the “Comments should be displayed with the older comments at the top of each page.” setting under WP Admin > Settings > Discussion?
Hi, @happylemon7!
As a first step, can you see if regenerating the Analytics data helps? You can do that by following these steps:
- Go to Analytics > Settings in your dashboard.
- Scroll down to the “Import Historical Data” section and click the “Start” button.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/M9Mr0eThat may take some time to import. You don’t need to remain on the page. It’s fine to leave and come back later.
Once the import has completed, check the Analytics reports again to see if the data is correct now. If it still isn’t, then go back to Analytics > Settings. This time, delete the previously imported data:

Please give that a go, and let us know if you still have issues after!
Hi @rafamerino,
I’d like to investigate this for you further. Can you let me know which version of WooCommerce Blocks you’re using? You can find that under WooCommerce > Status > System Status.
Also, which WooCommerce block exactly are you using where the “Add to Cart” button becomes untranslated?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] add to cart without imageHi Jon @jb510,
You might be able to hide the image with CSS.
Can you let us know more about what you’re trying to achieve though? That might allow us to look at other alternatives.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] There are no payment methods available.Hi, @simatic007! We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. However, if you do have any further questions, feel free to start a new thread.
Hi Tyler @tylercyert,
Lately our store has been double charging some customers that are using apple pay to checkout.
From this, it sounds like the issue is a fairly new occurrence. Is that right? If so, do you recall any recent updates or changes to the site?
Also, are you able to consistently reproduce what the customers using iPhones are experiencing? That would be the first step I’d recommend for troubleshooting. That way, you can check if there are any error messages being shown when payment doesn’t go through the first time. It will also allow you to observe any other particularly strange behaviors that may point to the issue.
Next, if you haven’t already, I would also suggest enabling “Log Debug Messages” under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe. When the issue happens again with logging enabled, you can then check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs in case that gives us more information.
Another thing you can look at are order notes. Those are the blue/purple/grey notes normally to the right when viewing or editing an order.
I hope that gives you something to start with. I think the most important step for you right now really is consistently reproducing the error so you can gather more information on it.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Activate PluginHi, @avrahamberry1!
I’ve seen a similar error from other plugins before that refer to
GuzzleHttp, but our developers recently released a fix for that with Google Listings and Ads version 1.1.Can you please check which version of the plugin you have installed? If you have version 1.0, please see if updating to version 1.1 helps. You can download that latest version here: Google Listings & Ads.
Hi, @lsjl1!
To start, can you please clarify for us, for these orders where the status is
Pending payment, are you still receiving the funds in PayPal?Next, can you please share a copy of your System Status Report with us? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
If you’re not comfortable sharing that information in a public forum, you can also contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support and share your full System Status Report with us there. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
In your request, please share :
- Your site’s full System Status Report
- A screenshot of an example order where the status is pending payment; please make sure the screenshot includes as much information as possible, especially the order notes on the right. If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can use https://snipboard.io
- A link to this thread

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] ERROR AL VINCULAR FACEBOOK CON WOOCOMMERCEHi, @facun3625!
Good morning, could you tell me how you solved it? I was dealt with this problem a day ago …
If you are seeing the same issue, according to our forum guidelines, it would be best that you create your own thread since something else may be causing the issue on your site.
For now though, please try the suggestions my colleagues provided above. In your new thread, let us know too which of our suggestions didn’t work for you. We would gladly assist you from there!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Enter your address to view shipping options.Hi Make @make-carlos!
One thing you may want to consider is to either use Shop base address or Geolocation for the “Default Customer Address” under WooCommerce > Settings. That way, WooCommerce isn’t waiting for an address before showing available shipping methods.
If you’re interested, you can learn more about those settings here: General options.
This guide also has more on Geolocation: MaxMind Geolocation Integration.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Variants cannot be selected when not logged inHi Dicky @dickyibrohim!
Do you have a link to the product that we can check?
Also, in cases like these, there are two things you can immediately look at:
- Caching — you can refer to our guide here: Configuring caching plugins
- Conflicting code – you can test for conflicts by following our guide here: How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts
