Hi, @fishingjigs
Do have a question as to why categories do not appear in the menu building area so can just check mark the ones I wish to appear in the menu. I have included all screen shots but not sure what the – Screenshots of the Appearance > Customize > Menus > Primary page was.
First, just to give you an idea, this is similar to what you should see under Appearance > Customize > Menus > Primary:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/UySlVZNext, as you’ll see, you should have options there to add categories to your menus. Do you not have the same options?
Also, you might find this particular guide helpful: Adding Product Categories.
Well was going to include screen shots but do not know or find how to do this.
As for sharing screenshots, the https://snipboard.io/ service Niall recommended above should provide you with links that you can then paste in your reply.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Dutch translationHi, @cem11!
Are there specific parts of the cart and checkout blocks that are not being translated to Dutch for you? Or are the entire blocks untranslated? You can share a screenshot with us of what you’re seeing through https://snipboard.io/
Also, just to confirm, do you already have your site language set to Dutch under WP Admin > Settings? And if you’ve already done so, have you already made sure to download any translation updates under My Home > Updates?
Thank you for that System Status Report, @gridconcepts! I’m not seeing anything that’s immediately out of the ordinary there.
When you say there is a discrepancy between the figures in Google Analytics and WooCommerce Analytics though, which one do you find has higher figures? Can you give us examples to look at? If you want to share screenshots, you can use https://snipboard.io/ for that.
You’re very welcome, @rafamerino!
Since a report has already been opened for the issue, and it seems that the developers already have a fix that may be included in the next update, I’ll go ahead and close this thread.
However, if you do have any further questions, feel free to start a new thread.

In reply to: [Storefront] Mobile ViewHi, @webnetyapi. Just checked this for you on an iPhone 7 with Safari.
I wasn’t able to reproduce your issue though:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/VKtQvRHave you made any changes to the site’s styling either through CSS or other custom code? Also, for reference, the site I tested with is using Storefront 3.7.0.
Hi, @hubicmarketing
I just saw a report on this now. It looks like your site might be affected by malware.
The code you pasted looks very similar to the one referred to here: https://magento.stackexchange.com/questions/330122/hack-in-magento-2-payment
As such, again, I would advise you to reach out to your hosting provider for security checks. I hope they’re able to help clean that up on your site.
Hi, @rafamerino!
Thank you for that additional information. I was able to reproduce the issue on a test site using that.
I’ve now filed a bug report for it for the developers to look at. And if you would like to monitor it, you can do so by checking this link: “In Cart” Not Being Translated on the All Products Block.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Bugs after template transferHi, @emeshto!
As a first step, you’d want to confirm if the Hello Elementor theme is compatible with WooCommerce as not all themes are built for use with it.
Next, we’re not entirely familiar with how Elementor works. As a kind reminder, this forum supports the core WooCommerce functionality. That said, I can suggest that you ask your questions in the following Elementor support channels:
I hope this helps point you in the right direction!
Hi, @hubicmarketing!
That “Credit/Debit Card Secure Payment” form does look very curious, especially since you mentioned already deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.
As a first step, can you right-click on the form itself and switch your browser inspector to the “Elements” tab?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/0ka7bOThat might give us some clues.
I also suggest reaching out to your hosting provider about running a security scan on your site, or using this: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Field for brandsHi, @tastymouse!
While a separate field for brands isn’t part of the core WooCommerce functionality, you can use a plugin for that.
For instance, I can recommend WooCommerce Brands, which is backed by a 30-day refund policy at WooCommerce.com.
For free options, you may also want to consider the following:
Hi @dwnl!
You mentioned a “Single Product Sale Timer.” To note, the WooCommerce software, which we support in this forum, doesn’t have a sale timer by default. Do you perhaps have this functionality through a particular plugin?
If yes, we recommend that you reach out to that plugin’s developers for assistance. Alternatively, if you’ll give us the full name of the plugin or a link to it, we can help point you in the right direction for support.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] login popupHi @coriassphenix!
You can find all instances of the
wc-block-components-checkout-step__heading-contentclass and where you may find them in your particular site directory/files by referring to this.I hope that helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] ErrorHi, @marticos885!
Are you still able to access your site’s back end? If yes, can you please share a copy of your System Status Report with us? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
I’d like to first see if you may have anything that’s outdated there that we can immediately look at.
Hi Nabeel @nabeelshikder!
There is an option for ‘Enhanced Ecommerce’ in WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin settings.
That’s right! And based on your screenshot, it looks like you’re all set. If you want to check the events that are being tracked though, you may want to check out our guide here: Testing Analytics.
