In reply to: [WooCommerce] High CPU usage after updating Woocommerce 5.5.2Hi Dilan @dilanp,
I have downgraded the Woocommerce with previous website backup and deactivate the WooCommerce Smart COD plugin.
Can you let us know which version of WooCommerce you’re using on your site now? Please send us the latest System Status Report too.
As for your site’s server environment, based on the last System Status Report, there are some values there that are a little low for running the WooCommerce plugin. Both PHP Post Max Size and Max Upload Size are at 32 MB, but we recommend at least 64 MB for both. Those may not be causing your issue, but they’re worth looking into. We also recommend at least version 7.4 for PHP. You can refer to this documentation here, if you’re interested: Server Recommendations.
Feel free to send over that new System Status Report when you can, and we’ll take another look at what might be going on with your site.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] how to solved facebook_pixel_did_not_load_descriptionHi, @raselpervez!
facebook_pixel_did_not_load_descriptionseems like a fairly uncommon error. Can you let us know where exactly you’re seeing it? You can share a screenshot with us. If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can use https://snipboard.ioThen, please also share a copy of your System Status Report with us. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support.” Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
In the meantime, please check if you may have the pixel added more than once either manually in your site’s header, or with another plugin.
Hi Troy @sawdusttech,
Your issue with the taxes being applied uniformly to all line items in Square looks related to this bug report: Correctly apply taxes in Order API request and report accurate percentages.
A fix for that was already included in version 2.5.2 of the plugin though, which was released around 10 days ago. In fact, the plugin is now on version 2.5.3, and you can get a copy of that here: WooCommerce Square.
Based on this, can you please check which version of the Square plugin you have? If it’s outdated, please see about updating to the latest version. We can also help you check if you’ll share with us a copy of your site’s System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support.”
We look forward to hearing back from you!
Hi @justin77,
Somewhere there is a function named “function load_braintree_credit_card_payment_form_handler()” and it has wrong content.
Function was written in JS but content inside is HTML. Please check the Credit card plugin that you use or contact the plugin developer.
Tidio chat is working well (as seen in screenshots). Thanks!
To be clear, was this a response from KP Fastest Tidio Chat support?
I went through the code for the Braintree for WooCommerce plugin, and I’m not seeing the HTML that they say is written inside the JavaScript code.
I also checked your staging site https://wordpress-622524-2022646.cloudwaysapps.com/ which you say only has WooCommerce, Braintree and Fastest Tidio active. I was able to enter card details there. There were no errors either:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/qYEvSmSo, it looks like the staging site doesn’t have any issues. Have you made any recent changes to the staging site that may have fixed the issue?

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Google sync status errorHey @ktlin,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. However, we’ll be here if/when you’re ready to continue.
Hi @justin77,
First of all, I’m sorry to hear the issue persists. Just for context, we mark threads as resolved if we don’t hear back from the thread-starter after around 6 days. We’ll continue to help you look into this though!
Next, just to cover all our bases here, you’ll want to conflict test with all plugins disabled except WooCommerce and Braintree. You’ll also want to switch to a default theme like Storefront. That will give us the best chance of narrowing down what’s causing the issue on your site because, as @wbrubaker noted above, we can’t replicate it.
If you’d like additional guidance on conflict testing, you can refer to this documentation here: How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.
Hi, @starettie!
For these 7 products that are not syncing, can you please confirm the following?
- Their Facebook setting is set to “Sync and show in catalog”
- They are not out of stock
- They are not virtual products
After checking those, please try running a manual sync from Marketing > Facebook, under the Product sync tab.
If that doesn’t help, please share a copy of your System Status Report with us. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Display multiple categoriesHi, @maxence1502!
This looks like a fairly complicated setup, so I’ll leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
Alternatively, you may want to ask your question in the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well. You may have a better chance of getting a solution from those channels.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] discount badge do not appearHi, @bugun!
Just to make sure we’re on the same page, are you referring to the sale price annotations as described here: About sale price annotations?
If yes, you’ll want to make sure your products meet the requirements listed at the bottom of that page. These two, in particular, are especially worth noting:
- The base price, or the higher price, must have been charged for a period of 30 days (do not need to be consecutive) in the past 200 days.
- The discount of the sale must be greater than 5% and less than 90%.
Can you please check if your products meet those?

If you are experiencing the same issue, according to our forum guidelines, we encourage you to create your own thread since something else may be causing the issue on your site. We would gladly assist you from there!
In the meantime, you can try this plugin to insert the meta into your site’s header: Insert Headers and Footers by WPBeginner.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] No translation on front-endYou’re welcome, @dalias!
I know this isn’t technically resolved for you yet, but since a fix for the cart block issue is already being worked on by the developers, I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.
You can track the progress of the fix here too: Handle translations in lazy loaded files. Or, you can check the WooCommerce Blocks changelog when it’s updated.
If you have related questions though, feel free to ask them here again or even open a new thread. We’ll still be here! 😄
