Hi @egocefalo,
So this error doesn’t matter if I’m not running paid ads and I should/can just let it be?
That’s correct. You can ignore the message for now.
How and where can I disable Facebook pixel generated by your plugin in order to install it manually?.
You can try using the following snippet to disable the Facebook pixel from our integration:
add_filter( 'facebook_for_woocommerce_integration_pixel_enabled', '__return_false' );You can add that to a plugin like Code Snippets.
Hope that helped!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Images imported incorrectlyHi @mrlukas,
First of all, I’m sorry to hear you’re still having issues importing your product images.
Second, thank you for sharing additional information with us and for running the test my colleague suggested.
Based on that, it appears, that the issue is indeed from using externally hosted images. As you previously mentioned too, instead of
https://dom.alicdn.com/kf/Hd2b00164dfe74218830a3db8b0086bf1E.jpg, the plugin useshttps://domain.com/wp-content/uploads/https://dom.alicdn.com/kf/Hd2b00164dfe74218830a3db8b0086bf1E.jpg, so it looks like it’s defaulting to the site URL by default.I’ve gone ahead and reached out to the plugin developer for a possible workaround for you here. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we hear back from them.
Hi @abduladilt,
If you’re absolutely sure you have the correct permissions on the account you’re using to connect, we can see if resetting your business ID helps. To do so, please:
1. Deactivate the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and delete it.
2. Go to yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php (please change yoursite.com to your site’s URL)
3. Search forwc_facebook_external_business_id, update the field to include only ASCII characters and save. Best practice: use your store name plus a 13-digit random string, e.g., store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q
4. In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations. Click on the checkbox next to “WooCommerce Integration” and click on the blue “Remove” button
5. Re-install the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, and go through the setup process againForum: Plugins

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Trying to figure out what’s wrongHi @colyz93,
Just to be sure does your plugin use WordPress Heartbeat API?
I don’t believe it does. I’m not a developer, but it looks like the plugin has its own heartbeat system.
If you could share with us a copy of your site’s System Status Report, we can help you check on other factors. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for suppzort.” Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce order payment couponHi @aleksejsz,
Thank you for running that test!
But is it possible to make the same when pay full amount with coupon?
Not by default, I’m afraid. This is something that’s more noticeable if you use “Excluding Tax” settings. At checkout, when you apply a coupon that covers the full amount of the order, the tax amount is completely removed.
Is there any reason though why you want the tax amounts to show for what is going to be a free order? If you’ll let us know more about your goals, we might be able to suggest something else.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Products page 2 (and beyond) do not showHi Colin,
Thanks for that additional information! It looks like you’re using a custom permalink under Settings > Permalinks, would that be correct?
If yes, can you see if refreshing permalinks helps. You don’t need to make any changes, you simply need to head to Settings > Permalinks and click the “Save Changes” button.
If that doesn’t work, can you send us a screenshot of what your permalink settings look like? You can use https://snipboard.io/ to share it with us.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for woocommerce slows down the siteThank you for that GTmetrix report link! I searched the scripts you referred to using that report’s built-in filters, and each of them is only appearing once:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/UHhC11Apart from the less than stellar grades the report is giving too, have you noticed a considerable drop in loading speed when the Facebook plugin is active?
Just for additional context, automated site performance tools give general recommendations. They are useful in identifying some best practices and opportunities for increased site speed, but often don’t take into account specific software platforms or things that are required to keep your site looking and running well.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] woocommerce order payment couponHi, @aleksejsz!
Thank you for giving us access to those.
Based on that, are you perhaps using a 100% off coupon?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/XN9wzHThe reason I ask is that I was able to replicate your issue when I applied a 100% off coupon, which would be expected as no tax would be calculated/charged on what is essentially a free order.
Can you test using a different coupon, for example, for 10% or 50%? Then, please share your results with us, including a screenshot.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for woocommerce slows down the siteHey @thegooddealshop,
Appreciate your patience here. I’m having trouble seeing the 3 duplicates of the scripts you mentioned though:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/q2PvR3If you’ll help point us towards how we can replicate that, it would be very much appreciated.
Also, when you ran tests with Cloudways, did you try switching to a default theme like Storefront?
Another thing I’m thinking of is if you may have installed the Facebook pixel before through some other way, either manually in your site’s header or through a different plugin. Do you know if that may have been the case?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for woocommerce slows down the siteHi @thegooddealshop,
Thanks for giving that a go. We haven’t had any recent reports similar to what you mention with scripts from the Facebook plugin being duplicated, so I’m wondering if there might be something wrong with this particular plugin installation.
Before exploring that though, with help from Cloudways, who I take it is your hosting provider, can you point us to the exact scripts that are being duplicated?
