In reply to: [WooCommerce] showing two product in a row in mobileSorry for the delayed response here, @furknmre!
Are you still having issues with this? If yes, as a kind reminder, this forum supports the core WooCommerce plugin and its default functionality.
We do hope we can help point you in the right direction. For further assistance with styling your site, it’s best to reach out to your theme developer. From your site’s code, it looks like you have the iGuru theme by WebGeniusLab. You can reach out to their dedicated support theme here: Support for iGuru.
If they aren’t able to assist, you can look at reaching out to someone on our customizations page. There you’ll find experts who specialize in custom development for WooCommerce.
Sorry for the delayed response here, @aesthelife! We completely missed your reply.
Are you still having issues with this?
If yes, it looks like the Facebook for WooCommerce is running into a conflict with either your site’s theme or another plugin, likely a plugin that also affects the edit product page.
To test if that is the case, you’ll want to run a conflict test by following the steps here: How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts. It’s best to do this on a staging copy of your site. Please also make sure to create a full backup of your site before doing this.
You may also want to consider using https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ for this purpose. If you’re using the Health Check plugin for the conflict test, you can follow this guide instead: Troubleshooting using Health Check.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Purchase event not recordedSorry for the delayed response here, @daniel92820! We completely missed your reply.
Are you still having issues with this? If yes, please make sure of the following:
- Only one plugin handles the Facebook pixel
- The Facebook pixel isn’t added manually in your site’s code
- Caching plugins have excluded your checkout page—You can read more about caching plugins here: Configuring caching plugins
If you’ve made sure of all of those and continue to have issues, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
Sorry for the delayed response here, @nik7n! We completely missed your reply. And thank you for sharing your findings with us too.
By “firing twice,” can you please check if your issue is related to this open bug report: FB Event Manager diagnostics says “Same Event ID Received for Many Event Instances”. If yes, can you also add your findings there for the benefit of the developers? This would be greatly appreciated!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Why Don’t connect fb to woocommerceSorry for the delayed response here, @rameshdevloper! We completely missed your reply.
Are you still having issues with this? If yes, the notice you’re receiving is most often indicative of a permissions problem. There are a couple of things you can immediately check here:
- Head to Facebook Business Settings > Pages, select the Page in question, go to the People tab, and make sure your name is listed there with the Manage Page toggle enabled.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/Y3RFrs - Check if the steps in this article also help: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/183277585892925?id=420299598837059
If these don’t work, then you may want to consider moving all assets under the same Business Manager. However, there’s no set way to do that, so it may be best for you to reach out to Facebook Merchant Support for more information.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Problem with instagram storeSorry for the delayed response here, @marianamimura! We completely missed your reply.
Are you sure that these errors are the root of the problem with my store not working on Instagram?
Are you still having issues with this? If yes, we defer to Facebook support’s response in this case as they would know best about why your shop is being refused in Instagram.
In one of the screenshots, it mentions your store not meeting the Instagram Shopping Access Policy. In case you haven’t seen it yet, if I’m not mistaken, it refers to this: Commerce Eligibility Requirements. You may want to go over those points and make sure you meet them.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Missing microdata ID Price AvailabilitySorry for the delayed response here, @sandyfootprints! We completely missed your reply.
Are you still having issues with this? If yes, can you please get us the full error message you’re seeing relating to microdata? You can get a screenshot of it and share that with us using https://snipboard.io/
Checking your site too, it appears that you have two Facebook pixels on it:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/uVUVbfLooking at your System Status Report, it’s not immediately clear to me which other plugin, aside from Facebook for WooCommerce, might be adding a pixel. Do you know how you may have this? Was this perhaps added manually in your site’s header code?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] WooCommerce can’t sync to my facebook pageSorry for the delayed response here, @seevis! We completely missed your reply.
Are you still having issues with this?
If yes, as a first step I would suggest a clean uninstall of the Facebook plugin by following the steps here. Then, please re-install the plugin and try to set it up again.
If you run into errors again during the process, please take screenshots of them. You can use https://snipboard.io/ to share those with us.
From the System Status Report you’ve shared with us too, I see some server configuration values that are a little low. Although they might not be causing your particular issue, they’re still worth checking. Please get in touch with your hosting provider about adjusting the following:
- PHP Post Max Size: 16 MB to at least 64 MB
- PHP Time Limit: 120 to at least 300
- Max Upload Size: 16 MB to at least 64 MB
We look forward to hearing back from you!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Product images not updatedSorry for the delayed response here, @pachobv! We completely missed your reply.
Looking at the links you provided, it appears that you’re still having issues with the updated photos not showing up on your Facebook shop, at least with the “Adaptador pipeta de gas” product.
I checked on others like the “Pescuezo Urso” product, however, and that has no watermark both on Facebook and in your WooCommerce store.
Are you noticing the issue only on certain products?
In your next reply, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us too. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
Please also make sure to enable debug mode under Marketing > Facebook so we can later check on logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Multiple ProblemsSorry for the delayed response here, @donantier! We completely missed your reply.
Are you still having issues with this?
If yes, I checked on the WooCommerce.com account on the screenshots you provided, and it looks like the email on that should already be verified. You should now be able to contact us from this link: Open a Support Request.
Do let us know if you’re still having issues with that.
Sorry for the delayed response here, @iimark! We completely missed your reply.
Are you still having issues with this?
If yes, right now, the only way I can think of that the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin might affect your Instagram shop is if you checked “Instagram Shopping” during setup for the plugin. In our Installation Guide, we specifically note that “Instagram Shopping” should be left unchecked.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Prevent auto open chatSorry for the delayed response here, @sebing83! We completely missed your reply.
I’ve just checked on one of my test sites, and it appears that the Messenger chat opening automatically is completely by default. It should stay closed though once a user clicks on the Messenger icon.
If you would like the option to disable this to be available, please post it in the Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.
Hi @njain2655,
Seeing as you’ve already opened a ticket with us, I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. We’ll continue supporting you through email.
Hi @kyarauk,
Are you perhaps using the same PayPal account that’s in your payment gateway settings to attempt checkout? In other words, are you using the same PayPal account as a merchant and as a “customer”?
In relation to that, are your other customers able to checkout just fine?
Also, are you seeing any error messages? If yes, can you please share a screenshot with us? You can us https://snipboard.io/ for that.
