    Hi Team,

    For some reason when I check the data sources on my Facebook dashboard I don’t see the purchase or initial checkout event is being recorded even when it happens. But the rest of the events are being recorded correctly like page view and view content.

    I am using the Facebook Pixel Helper and I can clearly see these events correctly installed. But why is my Facebook not recording or syncing the data? It is important as I’m running facebook ads so i need the data to be correctly collected.

    Are you still having issues with this? If yes, please make sure of the following:

    • Only one plugin handles the Facebook pixel
    • The Facebook pixel isn’t added manually in your site’s code
    • Caching plugins have excluded your checkout page—You can read more about caching plugins here: Configuring caching plugins

    If you’ve made sure of all of those and continue to have issues, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
