In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] no such customer foundHi @capilta,
The error you describe usually occurs when switching Stripe from live mode to test mode, or vice versa.
When you say “I change stripe account,” did you just switch from one mode to another, or are you now using a completely different Stripe account with a different email address?
If you can get us the full error message, that would be very helpful. You can take a screenshot of it and share it with us using https://snipboard.io/
In addition to the screenshot, please also share a copy of your System Status Report with us. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Stripe SOFORT payment statusHi, @storeofideas!
In our experience, payments using Stripe SOFORT need some time to reflect, so the orders are not immediately marked as processing. In fact, Stripe’s documentation states that funds are not guaranteed until after 2 to 14 business days.
Upon receiving confirmation that the payment has gone through, however, the order status should be automatically updated to “Processing.”
Are you finding that orders using SOFORT are not moving to “Processing” at all? One way you can check is by looking at the notes for the order. Usually, it will say something like
Stripe is awaiting capture of payment.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Zapier IntegrationHi, @humananimal!
Sorry we missed your reply here. Are you perhaps using this particular integration: WooCommerce Zapier?
If yes, please open a support request at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support and share your full System Status Report with us there. Please open the request using the account you used to purchase the integration and make sure to select WooCommerce Zapier in the form. That way, your request can be routed directly to the integration’s developer, OM4.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce “Please Enter An Address To Continue”Hi, @swanandlion!
First of all, sorry for the delayed response here. Are you still experiencing this issue on your site?
If yes, the “Please Enter An Address To Continue” notice usually occurs when there is either a modification on your checkout page or conflicting code.
A good way to test for either would be by using a plugin like Health Check. You can refer to our guide here on how to use it for troubleshooting: Troubleshooting using Health Check.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] consolidating multiple product pages into oneHi @mina1400,
I’m afraid I still don’t follow. By “search console,” do you mean Google Search Console? If yes, it’s best to consult with an SEO expert as @abwaita previously suggested. Alternatively, you may want to ask Google support here: Search Console Help.
Hi, @mbanta45!
Sorry for the delayed response here. I just checked your Peanutgator Porter page, and I see what you mean now.
Image sizes are largely controlled by your site’s theme though which, in your case appears to be this one: Cafe Coffee Shop. So, for this, I would suggest that you reach out to your theme developer for further assistance, and you can do that here: Cafe Coffee Shop Support.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] High CPU usage after updating Woocommerce 5.5.2Thank you for that, @dilanp, and sorry for the delayed response.
Are you still experiencing issues on your site? If yes, have you already tried my previous suggestions to you about increasing your server configuration values?
This latest System Status Report shows even lower values than the one before with PHP Post Max Size at 8 MB and Max Upload Size at 2 MB. Please see about getting both of those up to at least 64 MB.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Variable Error “Please choose product options…”Hi, @anteikuanime!
Thank you for sharing that, and sorry for the delayed response here.
I tried to check the product you linked to, but I’m unable to view it. I was going to check for any JavaScript errors in the console, which seem to usually show up along with this issue you describe.
In this case, I would suggest that you do the same. You can refer to this guide, if necessary: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Breadcrumbs mixtureHi, @yknb!
Looking at your site, it has a completely different breadcrumb structure, which looks like it’s coming from your theme. That’s also why the CSS in the guide previously linked to you isn’t working.
For further assistance, I would recommend that you reach out to Astra support here: Astra Forums.
That said, to get you started, you may want to try using the following code and adding it under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
.ast-breadcrumbs-wrapper { display: none; }Forum: Themes and Templates

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Can’t save card on guest checkoutHi, @bwatabu!
This is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.
You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.Hi @kyarauk,
[…] it’s not even possible to attempt to pay in PayPal with the same email that you have setup to receive payments, so that’s definetely not what is happening here.
You’re absolutely right. Using the same email would result in an error.
I will create a few more test bookings this weekend and see if I spot a particular pattern that is making this behaviour and report back.
You mentioned “bookings.” Are you perhaps using WooCommerce Bookings? Would you be able to share your System Status Report with us too? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
Can you also check if you get the same behavior with all other plugins except WooCommerce and PayPal Checkout deactivated? You can use a plugin like Health Check to run that test. You can refer to this guide here on how to use it: Troubleshooting using Health Check.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Import – ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTSSorry for the delayed response here, @rainfallnixfig!
Are you still having issues with this? If yes, based on the System Status Report you shared with us, can you please reach out to your host about increasing your Max Upload Size of 31 MB to at least 64 MB or higher?
Can you also let us know the size of the file you’re using for the product import?
In addition to the above, I noticed that there’s a database mismatch on your site. In particular, your core WooCommerce plugin is at 4.2.3, but the database is only 3.8.1. Please see about updating the database to match by following the steps here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Not Working Properly LaggingSorry for the delayed response here, @sharmavin97!
Are you still having issues with this? If yes, based on the System Status Report you shared with us, there are some server configuration values that we recommend you adjust. In particular, those are:
– PHP Version: 7.3.29 to at least 7.4
– PHP Time Limit: 120 to at least 300You’ll want to reach out to your hosting provider for assistance in changing those. If you’re interested, you can also refer to the following server configuration resources:
– Server Recommendations
– Recommended PHP configuration limitsPlease see if that helps!
